I recommend the Narita Airport Limousine Bus.
Especially if you arrive at Terminal 3,
it's great that you can hop on the bus directly
without needing to transfer to another terminal.
Let's break down everything from the Narita Airport Limousine Bus routes, prices, and timetables,
to how to book and my actual boarding experience!
1. Limousine Bus Route Map

Compared to trains, the Limousine Bus offers a wider variety of routes,
and its biggest advantage is that it drops you off
right in front of many major hotels!
In the Ginza area, you can get off directly in front of hotels like Conrad Tokyo and Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier.
For reference, I stayed at the REM Roppongi hotel and
got off at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Roppongi, then walked above ground to my accommodation, pulling my luggage!

📌 Narita Airport Limousine Bus Timetable
The Limousine Bus operates from 7:20 AM
to 11:20 PM with departures every 10-20 minutes,
so you can flexibly fit it into your travel itinerary.
(Plenty of seats available too.)

and I'll explain the booking process in detail below.
3. How to Book
You can board the Narita Airport Limousine Bus simply with a QR code,
no need to exchange for a physical ticket at the counter.
After confirming your reservation, check your voucher, then click the 'start using' link within the voucher to directly book your bus time!
First, click the 'Bus Reservation' button,
select your boarding date, departure point, and destination,
then choose your preferred time slot.
Once you confirm your reservation and return to the first screen of your voucher,
your boarding QR code will be activated!
Just show this QR code to the bus stop staff or the driver,
and you can board right away.
4. Where to Catch the Bus
After you collect your luggage at Narita Airport and exit into the arrival hall,
just follow the signs that say "Bus, Taxi"
and head outside to the 1st floor!
While trains require you to go down to the basement or a railway station,
for the limousine bus, you can simply exit directly from the arrival floor.
The boarding platform varies by terminal.
Terminal 1: Platform 10
Terminal 2: Platform 17
Terminal 3: Platform 9
The platform number is also written on the voucher,
so I just checked my voucher when heading to Roppongi!
The departure times and destinations are displayed on the electronic board,
and the staff members are also there to guide you,
so even though it was my first time, it wasn't difficult at all.
When you hand your luggage over to the staff in front of the bus,
they'll load it into the trunk for you and give you a claim tag.
Tip: You can bring up to two suitcases per person.
You might need the claim tag when picking up your luggage upon arrival,
so it's a good idea to keep it safe and not lose it!
5. Boarding Experience Review
The part I was most satisfied with after taking the limousine bus was
not having to go up and down stairs!
You just hand your suitcase to the staff, settle into your seat,
and once you arrive at your destination,
you simply pick up your luggage again and head to your hotel. It's that easy!
Since the limousine bus goes directly to your hotel entrance or a nearby stop,
it made my trip much more satisfying, especially in hot weather or when carrying a lot of luggage.
(Oh, and by the way, there was even a restroom on the bus! 😉)
There's also free Wi-Fi inside the bus, so it was convenient to watch YouTube
or check my travel itinerary while on the go.
The next stop is displayed on the internal monitor,
and Korean announcements are also provided, so even first-time users
don't have to worry about where to get off.
As I traveled, I could also see Tokyo Tower
and the city scenery outside the window.
Being able to see the Tokyo landscape from the moment we entered the city
made it feel like my trip started a little earlier.
The seats were spacious,
and I didn't have to worry about my luggage,
so the journey to Roppongi was incredibly comfortable.

After confirming your reservation, click the 'Start Usage Link' in the voucher you received to select your boarding date, departure point, destination, and desired time slot. Once the reservation is confirmed, a boarding QR code will be activated on the first page of your voucher. Show this code to the staff for immediate boarding.
To board the Narita Airport Limousine Bus, collect your luggage and exit to the first floor outside the arrival hall. The platform numbers for each terminal are: Terminal 1, platform 10; Terminal 2, platform 17; and Terminal 3, platform 9.
