Starring the main cast of 'Jinny's Kitchen' – Jung Yu-mi, Park Seo-joon, and Choi Woo-shik (Taehyung was busy with his tour, so he couldn't make it this time) – they might call themselves 'Ppurippo' instead of 'Youth Over Flowers', but it's definitely a vibrant travelogue of young spirits.
Since Namwon is located in Jeollabuk-do Special Self-Governing Province, it's pretty close to where I live.
(Seriously, Uga Family, why didn't you stop for Jeonju Bibimbap?)
Having recently visited Namwon myself, it brings back fond memories of my trip.

Gwanghalluwon Garden is famous as the backdrop for the classic Korean tale of Chunhyang. It's a space where our ancestors expressed their desire to live in harmony with nature and emulate its beauty, creating an earthly paradise fit for immortals. As one of the most representative gardens of the Joseon Dynasty, it's designated Scenic Site No. 33 and is considered one of Korea's four great pavilions, alongside Gyeonghoeru, Chokseokru, and Bubyeongru. So, how about a trip to this incredible domestic destination?
The day I visited, it was raining heavily, which made exploring Gwanghalluwon a bit challenging, but on the upside, there weren't many people around, which I actually preferred! 🍀 🍀 🍀 🍀
I made sure to capture some photos.
When I was feeding the carp, it felt like a scene from a monster movie...
They were so huge and enormous that it was a little bit scary.
Shiver...
This is the exact spot where Jung Yu-mi pushed Choi Woo-shik on the swing and stumbled during 'Youth Over Flowers'!

The basic adult admission fee for Gwanghalluwon Garden is ~$3. However, you can get a 50% discount by booking through Naver, and you can enter for free if you visit during the evening hours or obtain a Namwon Nuri Citizen Card.
With the Namwon Nuri Citizen Card, you can get free admission to Chunhyang Theme Park and Jirisan Herb Valley. You can also receive discounts on admission to the Namwon Aerospace Observatory, as well as at participating restaurants and cafes.
The location is the Chunhyang Swing, situated near Wolmaegwan within Gwanghalluwon Garden. When visiting Gwanghalluwon Garden, you can see this spot along with Chunhyangsadang (Chunhyang Shrine) and Wanwoljeong Pavilion.
At the Namwon Aerospace Observatory, you can experience flying a drone. There are also various other programs available, such as playing Omok (Gomoku) against an AI.
