As Hoi An Old Town sparkles with its evening lights, you'll easily spot Morning Glory Signature if you keep the Thu Bon River behind you.

This place is so incredibly popular that the first floor was already bustling and full! Luckily for us, our tour company had made a reservation in advance, so we scored a fantastic window seat on the second floor with a gorgeous view.

From traditional Vietnamese Banh Xeo and succulent grilled pork skewers to comforting soup dishes and, of course, their signature stir-fried morning glory – we indulged in it all!

Honestly, there wasn't a single dish that wasn't stellar, but the Banh Xeo was especially amazing – so incredibly crispy and absolutely delicious!

But the absolute highlight was the Hoi An-style dumplings, affectionately known as White Rose. You can only experience these delicate beauties in Hoi An, so you absolutely *must* add them to your order! At around ~$3, it's a guilt-free treat.

The restaurant's interior was so clean and elegant that it immediately struck me as the perfect spot to bring your parents or loved ones for a special meal.

For an authentic taste of Vietnamese local cuisine in a refined, clean setting, I absolutely recommend this fantastic Hoi An eatery.

Oh, and by the way, they have a fantastic range of drinks, from crisp beers to refreshing mango juice and even a selection of wines – absolutely perfect for setting just the right ambiance for your meal.
