Chilseong Restaurant Menu & Prices – Affordable Korean Cuisine in Vietnam

Main dishes range from 160,000 VND to 380,000 VND, which is roughly ~$6 to ~$15. While a bit higher than typical Vietnamese street food, it's a very reasonable price for authentic Korean cuisine abroad!

Chilseong Restaurant offers a diverse menu, including hearty stews, various meat dishes, and even Donkatsu (pork cutlet) – a favorite among kids! If you're traveling with elderly parents who might struggle with new cuisines, or if you need a reliable meal option for your children, Chilseong is an excellent choice.

They even sell refreshing Makgeolli (Korean rice wine) and four types of Soju! But I opted for a classic Tiger Beer to beat the heat. Cheers! :)

Here are the complimentary side dishes. After days of local Vietnamese flavors, these spicy and savory Korean banchan were a welcome taste of home!

This is their hearty Doenjang-jjigae (Soybean Paste Stew). For stews, they provide a separate bowl with rice, vegetables, and a fried egg, perfect for mixing into a delicious bibimbap-style meal!

And here's the Ttukbaegi Sogogi (Hot Pot Beef Bulgogi). My mother-in-law really enjoyed this one!

Finally, the Donkatsu for our little one! He hadn't been eating much since we arrived in Vietnam, so seeing him happily finish this dish was incredibly satisfying.

Affordable Massage Near Bel Marina Resort: A Hidden Gem!

After a satisfying lunch, my mother-in-law and I decided to treat ourselves to a massage. This particular shop is conveniently located directly opposite the main entrance of Bel Marina Hoi An Resort. While there are several similar shops lined up next to each other, they all offer the same pricing, and the masseuses often rotate between them.

We opted for a 60-minute aroma massage. The price for two people was 500,000 VND, which is about ~$20 for both of us! This is roughly half the price you'd pay for a similar massage in Da Nang.

Initially, I was a bit hesitant. The building looked a little run-down, and I wondered if it would be any good. While the facility and interior weren't as polished as some of the massage parlors we visited in Da Nang, the skill and pressure from the masseuses here were absolutely fantastic!

My mother-in-law, who hadn't found the massages in Da Nang very satisfying, raved about how refreshing this one was. In fact, she loved it so much that we went back the very next day! With such an affordable price and excellent pressure, I'd easily rank this as my number one Hoi An massage recommendation. 😊
