you can park it at the Lake Louise Park and Ride and catch the shuttle from there.

I checked for two people on September 16, 2026, and there were still plenty of spots available.

The pick-up location is the Lake Louise Ski Resort parking lot's Park and Ride, 1 Whitehorn Road, Lake Louise, AB. Shuttle reservation holders get free parking here. Upon arrival, you'll confirm your reservation, receive your official shuttle ticket, and then board.

So, if you already have a rental car, this is a much more affordable way to see both lakes in one day compared to a guided tour.

Visiting Lake Louise + Moraine Lake in One Day is Possible!

When you book your shuttle from the Park and Ride, you'll choose which lake you want to visit first (Lake Louise or Moraine Lake).

After exploring your first lake, you can then use the Lake Connector Shuttle to travel between the two lakes.

The Connector Shuttle offers unlimited rides on your booked day, and it will take you back to the Park and Ride at the end of your visit.

I can personally attest to how stunning Lake Louise is. During my last visit, I went canoeing and explored the lake shores. Next time, I'd love to combine it with Moraine Lake for a full day of breathtaking scenery.
