Nha Trang is brimming with hotels that offer fantastic quality at affordable prices, making it the perfect spot for a luxurious yet budget-friendly hotel getaway.
Many of you might find expensive resorts, whether in the city or suburbs, a bit overwhelming, and are looking to book a high-quality, value-for-money hotel instead, right?
Today, I'm excited to introduce you to Meliá Vinpearl Empire, an incredible hotel in Nha Trang that I recently visited, offering both amazing value and stunning ocean views for your perfect hotel getaway.

Meliá Vinpearl Empire Nha Trang Hotel is ideally located in the city center, just a 3-minute walk from the beach and Nha Trang Night Market, making it perfect for relaxation, sightseeing, and exploring local eateries.
There are two room types: Deluxe Rooms and Suite Rooms. Deluxe Rooms are available for under ~$69, and Suite Rooms start from around ~$69, offering excellent value for your booking.
Additionally, rooms come in two types: ocean view and city view. While there isn't a specific selection option when booking, I highly recommend adding a request for an ocean view room to your reservation and reiterating it during check-in to maximize your chances of getting one!

Next, let me tell you about the hotel's fantastic advantages.
First, looking at the map, you'll see it's super close to the beach and just a stone's throw away from Nha Trang Night Market.
What's more, famous Nha Trang restaurants like Banh Mi Phan and Moc Restaurant are right nearby, and the 24-hour seafood hotspot, Baroi Restaurant, is just a block away.
I also noticed a lot of Korean guests staying at this hotel. It seemed to be a popular choice for group package tours.
While some might consider this a drawback, personally, I found having many fellow Korean travelers at the accommodation actually felt more reassuring and safe.
But what truly delighted me the most was the ocean view!
You can clearly see the beach and even the sun, so the room's scenery was truly breathtaking. The fact that it's a 5-star hotel with ocean views, all for under ~$69, felt like a huge advantage!
Next, I'll walk you through the hotel lobby and the check-in process.
The hotel lobby was on the first floor and incredibly spacious.
With its overall white tones and tiled interior,
it exuded a luxurious vibe.
Check-in was available at the inner part of the lobby,
and it was quickly completed after presenting our passports.
Just a heads-up, we also opted for breakfast,
and for that, they actually required facial recognition registration!
Our room was a fantastic value Deluxe Room,
and we were assigned to a super high floor, room 3609!
Upon opening the room door, we were absolutely stunned
by how much more spacious it was than we had imagined!
From the room entrance all the way to the front of the bed, there was such a generously wide
open space that it felt almost like a two-room suite!
The bed wasn't cramped even with two adults sleeping together,
and with three pillows provided per person,
leaning back and relaxing on the bed was incredibly comfortable.
Both the bed and pillows were so wonderfully plush and soft,
that as soon as we lay down, we felt ourselves drifting off to sleep!
To the left of the bed, we found a closet.
It was equipped with four hangers and bathrobes,
and when we opened the right door, there was even a safe inside!
In front of the bed, there was a TV,
though we didn't end up using it.
To give you a real sense of the room's expansive size,
we tried placing two 24-inch suitcases on the floor.
You can see how incredibly spacious it is, right?
You could easily spread out multiple suitcases without any trouble at all!
It must have been a residence-style room because it even had a kitchen area!
While there weren't any dishes or cooking utensils,
it did come with amenities like water, coffee, and a coffee pot.
Moving on to the bathroom, the toilet, sink, and shower were all
integrated into one space.
However, since there was an additional faucet in the kitchen,
we could brush our teeth or wash our faces separately, which was convenient!
At the sink, there was a large mirror along with a smaller magnifying mirror,
and even a hairdryer, all conveniently located in one spot.
This made it super easy to dry our hair and do our makeup in the mornings!
Plus, bathroom amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower caps,
razors, and two towels were all provided.
What really impressed me about the bathroom was that it was fully stocked with
body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and even lotion.
Since many places, especially locally, don't typically provide conditioner or lotion,
it was super convenient not to have to pack those items separately!
One of the most satisfying things about staying at this hotel was being able to
enjoy the ocean view to my heart's content.
During the day, seeing the bright sun and the vast sea instantly made me feel so relaxed and rejuvenated.
And then, the sunrise view I caught when I happened to wake up in the morning was absolutely spectacular!
Watching the sun slowly rise from the edge of the horizon while lying in bed was incredibly beautiful,
and that moment itself felt like pure bliss.
Lastly, let me introduce you to the other facilities
located on the 6th floor of the hotel.
First, while the gym wasn't huge, it had enough equipment like a treadmill,
stationary bike, and dumbbells, so it was perfectly fine for a quick workout.
The swimming pool's quality was actually higher than I expected!
There were plenty of sunbeds available, and the pool itself was long, making it great for swimming.
It even had a bit of an infinity pool vibe, letting you feel like you're at a Southeast Asian resort
right in the city center. It seemed absolutely perfect for a 'hocance' (hotel vacation)!
Today, I introduced you to the Meliá Vinpearl Empire, an ocean-view hotel located in the heart of Nha Trang.
Its fantastic location near the city center is perfect for exploring local eateries,
and despite being able to enjoy a comfortable ocean view from my room,
the accommodation cost less than ~$69, which I was incredibly satisfied with.
Though it has a compact gym and a surprisingly spacious pool,
if expensive 'hocance' resorts feel like a burden,
I think this place would be a great value-for-money alternative.

The hotel's 6th floor features a gym and a swimming pool. The gym is suitable for light workouts with treadmills, exercise bikes, and dumbbells. The swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds and is long enough to enjoy an infinity pool-like atmosphere.
