First, you're greeted with a welcome tea, then you select your desired treatment and fill out a consultation form. It's a nice touch when they speak English and have forms translated, making you almost forget you're in a foreign country!

You also get to choose your massage oil. I picked Ylang Ylang. While other oils had lovely scents, the Ylang Ylang immediately brought back fond memories of a massage I had in Bali, so it was an easy choice.
