What's one thing that perfectly complements any great travel adventure? Craft beer, of course!

Today, I'm excited to share my experience at Louisiana Pub, a well-known Nha Trang spot famous for its on-site brewery and fantastic atmosphere.

Right from the entrance, the vibe was promising.

However, stepping inside, I found it completely empty – not even a staff member in sight! For a moment, I wondered if the place was closed or if I'd made a mistake about it being a popular Nha Trang pub. My mind raced with questions as I ventured further in.

Turns out...

Everyone was outside! Haha. The area around the pool had the best atmosphere.

Alternatively, you could snag a spot right by the beach. I decided to settle near the pool and placed my order. It didn't seem like reservations were necessary due to a lack of seating, but it might be a different story on a busy weekend.

I opted for the beer sampler, listed as a "Tasting Tray" on the menu. The price was 210,000 VND.

Since I'd already had dinner, I didn't order any food. Plus, the warm weather had somewhat curbed my appetite.

One thing that surprised me was the generous portion size – the glasses seemed larger than typical sampler pours. Each glass held around 6.7 fluid ounces (200 ml), but it felt like even more!

The Pilsner was decent, but all the other brews were absolutely fantastic!

The pool itself seemed more for ambiance than swimming, at least at night. While I'm not sure if it's used during the day, in the evening, most patrons gravitate towards the poolside and beach areas, with very few indoors (even though it's an open-air space).

But honestly, those outdoor spots are gorgeous! The beach, of course, has its own unique charm.

The ample portions in the sampler glasses were a huge plus, allowing you to truly savor each beer, not just get a tiny taste. It was the perfect way to cap off the evening, especially since I'd already enjoyed drinks elsewhere earlier.

Surprisingly, the crowd was predominantly local Vietnamese. While there were some international visitors, they seemed to be in the minority.

Putting my legs under the table, I kept getting attacked by mosquitoes without even realizing it! It was frustrating, especially since I already had a few bites that hadn't healed yet. I've never really struggled with mosquitoes during my previous trips to Vietnam, so this was a bit unusual for me this time around.

To escape the buzzing pests, I took a stroll around the premises.

That's when I saw the brewing equipment that makes Louisiana Pub such a standout Nha Trang spot. The place was much larger than I expected!

Since they have their own brewery, they even offer pub tours and sell merchandise – pretty cool, right?

And here's a funny coincidence...

I had taken a picture at Cam Ranh Airport of an advertisement proclaiming "Best Craft Beer in Nha Trang." I'd saved it, thinking I should check it out someday, but totally forgot about it. Later that night, looking for a place to go, I remembered the ad and tried to figure out where it was. Lo and behold, it was Louisiana Pub!
