Korean Air Bali Flights: Find the Cheapest Fares
Planning a summer escape? Here is how to score the cheapest Korean Air flights to Bali, complete with expert booking tips and exclusive discount codes.

When deciding where to go for the perfect summer getaway,
I couldn't resist heading back to Bali again this year!
"Comparing the Best Summer Destinations"

Bali was so magical last year
that choosing it again was a no-brainer.
Since it's over a 7-hour flight,
I booked Korean Air without hesitation for maximum comfort.

Now that the tickets are officially booked,
it finally feels real!
As a meticulous planner (total Type J),
I'm already so excited to map out our itinerary.

Last year, we had an incredibly tight schedule,
constantly moving from Gili to Ubud, and then Jimbaran
all within a short 4-night, 6-day trip.

This time, we have a slightly longer 5-night, 7-day itinerary,
and since last year was so exhausting,
we are planning a much more relaxed pace.
We want to explore areas we missed last time,
focusing mostly on Canggu and Seminyak.
But Nusa Lembongan is also catching my eye...
I might have to hop on a boat again! Haha.
I'll need to think about the itinerary a bit more.
Last year, we traveled in May.
I managed to score Korean Air tickets in the ~$380 range,
and with an extra charge for exit row seats,
the total came to around ~$510.
I wanted to book exit row seats again this time,
but they were already completely sold out...
So, we settled for standard economy seats.
My Experience Booking Discounted Korean Air Flights to Bali
June Trip / Early ~$450 Range / Korean Air

I kept checking prices whenever I had a spare moment.
While tracking the price trends,
I heard rumors that fuel surcharges would spike next month,
pushing airfares higher. So I decided
that this was a great price and pulled the trigger.
An Extreme Planner's Guide to Finding the Cheapest Flights
This is actually my first time writing
a detailed breakdown of how I search for flights,
but here is my exact strategy:
✅ Google Flights
✅ Skyscanner (always in Incognito Mode)
✅ Checking individual travel booking apps
➕ Checking for available coupon codes
➕ Adding credit card promotion discounts
Because I'm incredibly meticulous,
I compare every single option side-by-side.
I also double-check my credit card benefits,
as card issuers often offer sneaky extra discounts.

I had been tracking prices since December.
While platform D seemed to be the cheapest at first,
I applied a coupon code on platform A and saved an extra ~$32!
That brought it down to the absolute lowest price, so I booked immediately.
The platform I used is Traveloka.
By combining new member coupons + promo codes,
you can get the absolute best deal.
Below are the active discount codes you can use right now.

Frequently Asked Questions
Compared to last year's 4-night, 6-day trip to Bali, how have the visited areas changed for this year's 5-night, 7-day itinerary?
Last year, we had a tight schedule moving sequentially through Gili, Ubud, and Jimbaran. This year, we plan to travel at a leisurely pace, staying mainly in the Canggu and Seminyak areas, and we are also considering an additional visit to Lembongan.
What were the booking prices for the Korean Air flights to Bali in May of last year and June of this year, respectively?
In May of last year, I booked the flight for around ~$384, and with the additional fee for an exit row seat, the total came to just over ~$512. For this year's June trip, the exit row seats were sold out, so I booked a standard economy seat for just over ~$448.
What discount codes and benefits can be applied when booking Bali flights on Traveloka?
New members can get a 10% discount with the app-exclusive code '3HRSN' and a 5% discount with the web-exclusive code '3HRSNWEB'. Existing members can enter the code 'MSMAR' during the month of March to receive an 8% discount with no limit.
