Departing late at night from Ngurah Rai International Airport,
the roads were completely clear, and the drive took about 1.5 hours.
Arriving after midnight down a narrow, dark jungle road
was a bit intimidating at first...
But the moment we arrived, a buggy was waiting for us,
and the friendly staff took care of all our heavy luggage.
First impression? A solid ten out of ten.
Spacious Rooms and a Delightful Breakfast
Comfortable and clean rooms that our parents loved
Let's be completely honest.
The rooms do show a tiny bit of age,
but they are exceptionally well-maintained.
Most importantly, the rooms are massive.
We could easily lay out multiple large suitcases
and still have plenty of space to walk around without feeling cramped.

My parents noticed a slight squeaking sound from their bed frame.
When we informed the front desk, the maintenance team
promptly arrived with wooden supports
and reinforced the frame right away.
After the quick fix, they slept soundly without a single sound.
We were thoroughly impressed by the speed and kindness of their service.

The breakfast was also a wonderful surprise.
Served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM,
you can order one main dish per person,
while pastries, breads, and fresh fruits are served buffet-style.
Guests staying 2 nights or more receive a complimentary afternoon tea.
The waffles and sweet treats were so filling
that they easily doubled as our lunch.
A Secluded Two-Tier Infinity Pool
The absolute highlight of this resort is the swimming pool.
Designed with a gorgeous two-tier cascading structure,
swimming in the crystal-clear emerald water while gazing out at the deep green jungle
makes you truly realize you have arrived in Bali.
Even though it was the weekend, there were very few people around,
making it feel like our family had rented out the entire pool area.

The upper pool is slightly deeper,
while the lower pool is about chest-deep for an adult,
making it perfect for our 10-year-old to splash around and play safely.

As a quick side note, because the resort is nestled deep in nature,
you might spot some ants or small geckos on the outdoor terrace.
The inside of our room was completely bug-free,
but if you are highly sensitive to insects, this is good to keep in mind!

Also, since the resort is located a bit away from downtown Ubud,
it is perfect for travelers who want to relax and unwind

you really won't find a better option than this.

we recommend taking advantage of the empty roads and driving straight to Ubud,
rather than spending your first night near the airport.
• Since there are many stairs throughout the property,
keep this in mind if traveling with young kids or senior family members.

• Because of the lush, natural environment,
