and I'm excited to share my review of the Ibis Styles Bangkok Silom!

Bangkok boasts such a huge variety of hotels, it can be tough to pick just one.

01. Ibis Styles Bangkok Silom Hotel

We arrived quite late, but the hotel offered

24-hour check-in, so the process was super smooth!

The hotel lobby wasn't just a simple waiting area like typical hotel lobbies;

it was designed as a

comfortable communication space where guests could freely sit and relax.

With tables and chairs arranged everywhere, it was perfect for me to do some blogging.

The chairs were more comfortable than expected, and there was plenty of seating.

It almost felt like a small co-working space!

The hotel's design features an open central void, so you get a refreshing view of this open space

as you ride the elevator up.

Check-in was quick and efficient,

and the staff were incredibly friendly.

Given that Ibis Styles is a global hotel chain, everything felt very systematic and well-organized!

02. Standard Double Room Condition

The room I booked was a Standard Room

with two single beds.

신축 호텔이라 그런지 전체적으로 관리 상태가

굉장히 좋았고 바닥, 벽, 가구까지

청소가 깔끔하게 잘 되어있어서 첫인상이 좋았어요 !

문을 열면 세면대가 보였고 그 옆에는

작은 냉장고와 커피포트가 준비되어 있었어요

세면대는 샤워부스 바깥쪽에 있었는데 양치나

세수할 때는 오히려 편했어요 !

드라이어도 구비되어 있어서 걱정 없었습니다

냉장고는 크지 않지만 생수나 음료, 간단한

과일 정도 넣기에 딱 좋았어요

방에는 작은 책상과 의자도 있어서 간단하게

노트북을 사용하기에 편리했습니다

저는 블로그 정리나 사진 편집을 잠깐 했는데

공간 활용이 딱 알맞았어요 !

침대는 생각보다 넓고 푹신했어요

베개도 푹신푹신하고 적당한 높이라 꿀잠 잘 수 있었어요

여행중에는 침대 퀄리티가

굉장히 중요한데 이 부분은 완전 만족 !

샤워부스는 침대 바로 옆에 있었는데요

블라인드로 가릴 수 있도록 되어있었어요

다만 샤워부스 문이 약간 반투명이라 발끝이나

머리 윤곽정도는 비칠 수 있었어요

같이 여행하는 사이에 따라 호불호가 있을것같습니다

이비스 스타일 방콕 실롬은 기본적으로

어메니티 제공이 거의 없다고 봐도 됩니다

샤워실과 변기는 구분되어 있어서 이용하기 편리했어요

이비스 스타일 실롬에는 올인원 타입 제품이

하나 있었는데 얼굴, 샴푸, 바디 겸용이라

저는 근처 마트에서 샴푸를 따로 구매해서 사용했어요

방콕 여행 오실분들은 미리 샴푸랑 챙겨오시는걸 추천드려요 !

03. 이비스 호텔 수영장

📌 Pool Operating Hours

Open from 7 AM to 8 PM

The most satisfying aspect of this hotel for me was

the rooftop swimming pool!

Taking the elevator to the R floor, you immediately arrive at a space shared by the pool and

the fitness center.

Being a rooftop, it offered an incredibly open view,

and the Bangkok city skyline was truly spectacular!

When I visited, perhaps because the sun was so strong, there were hardly any

people using the pool.

So, I had the entire pool to myself, which was absolutely wonderful!

One side was hot due to the strong sun, but about half of the pool

was shaded, so I didn't get too tanned while swimming!

Next to the pool, there were sunbeds and sofa-style seating,

and the plush sofa style made them much more comfortable.

They were perfect for relaxing, or even just lying down for a bit in between swims!

Large towels were also provided at the pool, and there was a restroom on the

rooftop, so I had no worries.

04. Breakfast (Not Used)

When I booked Ibis Styles Bangkok Silom,

I chose the option that included breakfast.

Breakfast is served from 6 AM to 10:30 AM.

Its location right next to the lobby floor also seemed very convenient for access.

I often slept in or was out early for tours,

so I actually didn't get to eat breakfast much.

Swimming in the rooftop pool in the morning was better than breakfast,

and then going back to sleep... that was my kind of luxury!

05. Wrapping Up Ibis Styles Bangkok Silom

My stay at Ibis Styles Bangkok Silom during this Bangkok trip

was incredibly satisfying overall!

I was happy with everything: the price, location, facilities, and cleanliness,

but the rooftop pool was definitely the highlight.

Small room size

Unable to ventilate with windows

If you're looking for a great value hotel with a rooftop pool,

that's clean and in a prime location,

I don't think you can beat Ibis Styles Bangkok Silom!
