As Vegas intentionally targets high-income tourists, finding truly affordable and delicious dining options has become a real challenge. But don't despair! There's one spot I return to every time I'm in Vegas that consistently delivers amazing value:

Hot N Juicy has several locations, but the easiest one to access is right off the Strip.
The Strip Location (Highly Recommended!)

Hot N Juicy (Signature, Highly Recommended!) - The best of both worlds, combining Cajun and Garlic Butter. This is the real deal!
Spice Levels:
· Baby - Very mild, ideal for those who can't handle any heat.
· Mild - Surprisingly spicy, comparable to a 'medium' at other restaurants.
· Medium - Just the right kick for many palates, but can be salty and intense. Even for someone who enjoys spice, it has a good punch.
· Spicy - Even spice lovers will find this level quite hot!
💡 Pro Tip: Always order white rice!
The Medium spice level can be quite spicy and salty, so eating it with rice balances the flavors perfectly. They give you a generous portion, so start with one order!

During my most recent visit, I took advantage of happy hour and ordered shrimp, mussels, corn, potatoes, and a margarita. The total came out to just $62.32.
Honestly, finding a place on the Las Vegas Strip where you can feast on seafood for that price is nearly impossible.
Considering a basic steakhouse meal for one typically costs $80-$100, Hot N Juicy is an absolute steal!
Good to Know Before You Go
Wear dark clothing, as the sauces can get messy (though they do provide gloves and bibs!).
Parking at the Chinatown original location can be a nightmare on Friday and Saturday evenings. Consider going early or taking an Uber/Lyft.
The Strip location generally has shorter wait times and you can usually get in right away.
There are **two** Hot N Juicy locations in Chinatown (one more on Spring Mountain Rd, so double-check the address!).
Happy Hour is strictly Monday-Thursday.
