- Visit on a weekday for a quieter experience.

Having lived in Hanoi for a long time,
I've visited quite a few cafes.
Among them, there was one place that immediately
lifted my spirits the moment I walked in.
It's near Truc Bach Lake,
and it's called Everbloom.
If you're a traveler looking for a cafe in Hanoi,
instead of the usual tourist spots,
this is one of those authentic places frequented by locals
that you should definitely consider adding to your list.

An Atmosphere That Stood Out from the Entrance
There was a large pumpkin decoration placed in front of the entrance.
It felt like an autumn season theme when I visited,
decorated with flowers, maple leaves, and pumpkins.
The sign read FLOWER, CAFE, BRUNCH,
PRIVATE EVENTS.
It seems to be a cafe that also doubles as a flower shop.
When you open the door, the scent of fresh flowers
fills the air, instantly brightening your mood.

Interior Featuring Flowers and a Piano
The first floor was filled with fresh flowers.
With such a wide variety of colors,
just browsing felt like time flew by.

The building has three floors.
We settled into a spot on the second floor.

There was a piano on the second floor.
Striped lamps, dried hydrangeas,
and a collection of old picture frames and decor items
gave it a strong vintage vibe.
The wall texture also seemed intentionally distressed,
making photos taken here look wonderfully warm.
The tables were also generally
arranged quite beautifully.
There are power outlets at the bottom of the walls.
However, it didn't feel like a place for studying
or working.
It's more suited for dates or intimate conversations.
Menu and Price Range

The menu has English translations.
Some of the staff also speak English,
so ordering was no problem.
Prices are listed in thousands of VND.
(65 = 65,000 VND)
Espresso Bar (Colombian Arabica)
Espresso 65
Americano 65
Cappuccino 75
Flat White 75
Latte 75
Cold Brew (Colombian Arabica)
Original Cold Brew 70
Black Grape Cold Brew 70
Apple Cinnamon Cold Brew 70
Vietnamese Coffee (Gia Lai Robusta)
Black Coffee, Brown Coffee, White Coffee 65
Cascara drinks were in the 70-75 range.
You can choose between Dalat Milk
or oat milk.
Flat White and Cold Brew
We ordered a Flat White
and an Original Cold Brew.

The Flat White had beautiful latte art.
The cream-colored cup and saucer
made for great photos on the table.

Our cold brew came topped with an orange slice.
Just like nine out of ten cafes in Vietnam,
they served it this way as a matter of course.
If you're not a fan of oranges,
remember to mention it when you order....
Of course, we forgot again and just drank it as it was! ~~
Dessert: Garden After Frost
Garden after frost

For dessert, we ordered the Garden After Frost.
It's a chocolate pound cake topped with whipped cream, strawberries,
and edible flowers.

The price was 125,000 dong.
While it might seem a bit pricier than the drinks,
and you might hesitate for a moment, if you're traveling from Korea,
it's actually quite affordable, so you absolutely must try it! ^^..
The plating was definitely beautiful.
Price, Honestly
Two drinks and one dessert,
came to a total of approximately 270,000 dong.
Compared to cafes in Korea,
it's less of a burden on the wallet.
However, compared to typical cafes in Hanoi,
it was definitely on the pricier side.
It felt like you were paying for the ambiance.
Visiting Tips

On weekend afternoons, it's packed with young Vietnamese women.
Everyone is busy taking photos, which was fun to watch.
Their energy is infectious! Haha...ㅠㅠ For those of us in our 30s who are just trying to get our caffeine and dessert fix to avoid a sugar crash, it can be a bit much... haha.
If you prefer a quieter conversation, weekdays seem better.
There were also wine promotion cards placed on the tables.
