I ordered two of their popular options: Banh Mi #1 (Sautéed Beef with Cheese) and Banh Mi #4 (Mixed: Paté, Barbecued Pork, & Smoked Sausage).

The Sautéed Beef with Cheese banh mi was an absolute winner for me! The perfectly seasoned beef combined with melted cheese hit all the right notes for a Western palate. The Mixed Pork banh mi, while featuring a delightful variety of meats, had a subtle hint of spices in the minced pork that might not be for everyone. It really depends on your preference for more adventurous flavors.

Now, for the secret weapon: the sauce on the table! Seriously, this sauce is the *key*. It adds a slightly spicy kick that elevates the flavors of the banh mi beautifully. I highly recommend drizzling some on for an extra layer of deliciousness!

While both were tasty with the sauce, I personally found the Sautéed Beef banh mi to be my favorite.
