Today, I am sharing a fantastic local find where you can enjoy incredible seafood in a much more relaxed, authentic setting just slightly off the beaten path.

First off, let’s talk about the view. The restaurant overlooks the river, facing the Muong Thanh hotel on the opposite bank. Just to the left, past the bridge, the river empties into the open ocean. So while it is not a direct beachfront view, you are literally steps away from where the river meets the sea.

It is not just about the scenery itself; it is all about the breezy, open-air vibe. Sipping a cold beer in this wide-open space while catching the refreshing sea breeze is pure bliss. It has a laid-back, getaway feel that you just won not find in the crowded, noisy seafood spots downtown. Plus, it is a genuine local hangout rather than a tourist trap. There is even a small decorated platform that looks like a photo zone—you will see plenty of locals snapping photos there!

As you can see from the entrance, it has a wonderfully authentic, local atmosphere. The live seafood tanks are on the ground floor. From there, you take the elevator upstairs. While there are dining areas on the middle floors, almost everyone heads straight to the top floor to enjoy the open-air breeze.
