I just *had* to check it out! And let me tell you,
I was immediately struck by how incredibly spacious the restaurant interior is.
Even if you're with a large group, there are semi-private areas where you can enjoy your meal exclusively,
(perfect for a more intimate experience!)
And for families of 4-5, beautifully arranged spaces are available just for you,
ensuring a cozy and personal dining experience.
What's even better is that if you make a reservation in advance,
they'll have a lovely table prepared with all the *banchan* (side dishes) already set for you – it's such a thoughtful touch-!
They even offer a generous variety of *banchan*,
and I heard they prepare different kinds fresh daily. No wonder they're a side dish hotspot!
From potatoes and shredded radish to stir-fried fish cakes, everything was absolutely delicious,
but my absolute top pick was the braised tofu-!
It was so savory with incredibly flavorful seasoning – truly a standout-!!
And another fantastic feature I loved was this:

Since I came here today specifically for their renowned Iberico pork neck,
I ordered 2 servings of Iberico pork neck, 2 hot pot rice, and a *Doenjang Jjigae* (soybean paste stew).
They also have fantastic options like spicy *galbi-jjim* (braised short ribs) and *mukeunji jjigae* (aged kimchi stew), so it's also a perfect spot for lunch-!
The Star of the Show: Iberico Pork Neck!
Our Iberico pork neck arrived swiftly after we placed our order,
and doesn't the meat look absolutely stunning?!
It's wonderfully thick, promising an explosion of juicy flavor if cooked just right.
I could already tell it was going to be incredibly delicious.
Now, usually, I'd be a bit nervous about cooking such beautiful meat myself,
as I have a notorious habit of burning everything when I'm on grilling duty...
But here's the best part: at Tta Tteut Han Jip Bap, Gochon's go-to meat spot,
the incredible staff will cook the meat for you to perfection!
Once all the meat was grilled, they even stacked it for us so it wouldn't burn,
so all we really had to do was just eat.
The expertly grilled meat was seasoned with salt as a base,
so it was delicious even on its own, with just the right seasoning and bursting with juicy flavor.
It was delicious wrapped in ssam (lettuce wraps), too,
and a heavenly combination when eaten with wasabi, as recommended by the staff.
As a side dish (banchan), they serve jangajji (pickled vegetables) as you can see in the photo.
Looking at the menu, I saw that one of the recommended ways to enjoy it
was to eat it with jangajji.
So, I tried putting jangajji on top and eating it, right?
Personally, this combination was my top pick,
it was absolutely the most delicious!
My mom's favorite pick was also the jangajji + Iberico pork neck combination.
What's more, the hot pot rice (sotbap)
is made fresh as soon as you order it, right there on the spot!
Perhaps that's why, the hot pot rice was absolutely delicious.
From the moment the lid was lifted,
the savory aroma of freshly cooked hot pot rice wafted up.
And the stickiness? Incredible, right?
I found the rice truly delicious, but even my mom raved about it.
The freshly made hot pot rice paired perfectly with the doenjang-jjigae (soybean paste stew),
After enjoying all the wonderfully sticky rice,
we finished our meal by making sungnyung (scorched rice tea).
It truly made for a hearty and satisfying meal.
After the meal, they even give out free ice cream,
and there were so many flavors to choose from, adding an extra layer of fun to pick our favorites.

When you drive to Gochon for a meal,
parking can often be inconvenient at many places.
But 'Warm Home-Cooked Meal' Gimpo branch has its own parking lot,
so it was great not having to worry about parking.
There's also a playground right in front of the restaurant,
so if families come with kids for a meal, after the little ones eat,
it would be perfect to let them play at the playground.

so parents can easily check on their kids playing,
making it even more relaxing for them to enjoy their meat, wouldn't you agree?
