I actually crossed the street just to get a great shot of the building's exterior. Talk about dedication to the blogger life! Haha.

They have a massive private parking lot on-site, so you won't have to stress about finding a spot if you're driving here.

The market price for snow crab fluctuates daily.
On the day we visited, the standard snow crab was already sold out, but the premium Parkdal snow crab was going for ~$38 per kilogram!
Compared to what I paid for crab earlier this year in 2026, the prices have dropped significantly. Our timing couldn't have been more perfect!
1st Floor Direct-Sales Market

When you step onto the first floor, you're greeted by massive, sparkling clean tanks filled with highly active, giant snow crabs.

We ended up selecting about 5 lbs (2.3 kg) of crab. It felt like a bit much for just two people, but since we had a light lunch, my sweet sibling insisted on ordering extra so I could eat my fill! Best sibling ever!
The best part about this direct market is the transparency. They weigh the crabs right in front of you, showing the exact weight and price on the scale so you know you're getting a fair deal. It builds instant trust!

Since I was snapping photos, the friendly staff member kindly held up a massive crab so I could get a perfect shot. Once you pay on the first floor, they steam and pre-crack the crabs for easy eating before sending them up to the second-floor dining area.
2nd Floor Dining Hall & Table Setup

Heading up to the second floor, you'll find a massive, clean, and bright dining space. At first, I thought this open hall was all they had, but...

On my way to wash my hands, I noticed they also have private dining rooms and large group seating areas further back. Because of the spacious layout and great value, this place is absolutely perfect for family gatherings or company dinners!

Once seated, there is a mandatory cover charge of ~$3 per person for the table setup.

While the basic side dishes are quite simple...

The cover charge is 100% worth it because they serve a complimentary shabu-shabu hot pot complete with thin-sliced beef brisket (woosamgyeop) and fresh seafood! Once the broth starts boiling, you toss in all the veggies and seafood to let it simmer.
The broth is incredibly deep, savory, and soothing. It's the perfect way to warm up your stomach before and after diving into the heavy crab feast. For anyone who loves a drink, this shabu-shabu alone is easily worth a bottle of soju!
Plump & Meaty Parkdal Snow Crab

While we were enjoying the shabu-shabu, our main star—the Parkdal snow crab—finally made its grand entrance!
Everything comes beautifully pre-cut and scored, meaning you don't have to struggle to get the meat out. Looking at that rich, golden-green tomalley (crab paste) in the shell makes my mouth water all over again as I write this!

The meat yield on these crabs was absolutely incredible! Packed to the brim!
Taking a huge bite of the thick leg meat felt like eating the ultimate, premium version of natural crab meat. The texture was unbelievably satisfying.

Dipping the sweet, tender crab meat into the rich, savory tomalley on the shell doubles the flavor explosion. To keep the feast going without interruption, I pre-shelled a bunch of meat and literally mixed it straight into the shell paste to eat by the spoonful!

Look at how thick and meaty these claws are! The shells were perfectly scored, so with just a gentle pull, the massive chunk of sweet, juicy claw meat slid right out.

Normally, wrapping up a crab feast with crab-tomalley fried rice (Ge-ttakji Bokkeumbap) is a non-negotiable rule. However, since we ordered so much crab right from the start, we were both completely stuffed and sadly had to skip the fried rice. Truly a tragic first-world problem!
It's rare to see people politely passing premium crab to each other because they're too full, but that's exactly what happened at our table by the end of the meal! Next time, I'm definitely ordering a more sensible amount so I can leave room to crush that fried rice.
If you want to enjoy high-quality, fresh snow crab at fantastic prices without driving all the way to coastal Jeongja Beach, Gaessano The Premium in Namoe-dong, Ulsan is the ultimate destination!
With spacious private rooms and a great layout, it’s highly recommended for family gatherings or big group dinners!
