Couple's Trip: Room Selection & Price Comparison

On this trip to Nha Trang, my boyfriend and I stayed at the

Fusion Resort Ocean View Suite.

While you might see many photos of private pool villas at Fusion Resort Cam Ranh,

the room we stayed in

didn't have a private pool.

Instead, we had an ocean view right from our bed,

and we could enjoy the shared pool and spa facilities.

We spent our time relaxing in the room,

and enjoying the water at the common pool.

For us, that was more than enough.

I'll share what a room without a private pool is *really* like,

from our room and pool review,

Ocean View Suite: Wake Up to the Sea!

In the Ocean View Suite,

you could see the ocean directly from the bed!

Being able to gaze at the ocean even while relaxing in the room

was definitely my favorite part about this suite.

The bed was large and comfortable,

and at approximately 50 pyeong (165m²), the space was incredibly generous for two people.

What we mostly did in our room was simply relax while enjoying the ocean view.

It truly had both the perfect view and a wonderful space for unwinding.

The bathroom also featured a unique, hammock-shaped bathtub, suspended as if floating.

The distinctive design of the tub really caught my eye

among all the room photos.

Why We Didn't Miss Having a Private Pool Villa

Instead of a private pool, we made use of the resort's communal pool.

The Hideaway Pool was quite expansive,

and when I visited, it was wonderfully peaceful.

There were plenty of sunbeds too,

making it perfect for enjoying both a dip and some relaxation.

If the communal pool had been crowded,

I might have found myself wishing for a private pool villa, but,

When we stayed,

we enjoyed it at our leisure.

With a pool right by the beach,

we could enjoy not just the swimming pool

but also the ocean views!

Instead of just splashing around in one place,

we could hop between pools,

each with its own unique vibe.

We spent plenty of time enjoying the public pools,

and then relaxed back in our room!

Private Spa Rooms for Two

Fusion Resort is an

all-inclusive spa resort,

where spa treatments are included with your stay.

Even staying in an Ocean View Suite,

my boyfriend and I indulged in some spa time together.

We had hot stone massages

in a private room for two, and let me tell you,

the warm stones melted away all the travel fatigue.

With both the swimming pool and spa

available right within the resort,

there was absolutely no need to travel separately

just to get a massage.

If you're planning a trip where you'll spend

a lot of time enjoying the resort itself,

this feature truly sets this accommodation apart!

The spa also accepts advance reservations,

so if you have a preferred time slot,

it's a good idea to book it via email beforehand.

Breakfast offered a diverse selection,

from hearty dishes like pho and fried rice

to fresh bread and an assortment of fruits.

Among the fruits,

the watermelon was incredibly sweet and delicious!

Overall, the breakfast spread and flavors

were perfectly suited to my taste buds.

a private swimming pool,

If having a private pool

just for yourselves isn't

an absolute must,

then like us, you can still

fully enjoy a relaxing getaway

at Fusion Resort, even in an Ocean View Suite.

Because you can stay in a room with ocean views,

use the shared pool,

and even enjoy a couples' spa treatment.

We also enjoyed the communal pool without feeling

the absence of a private one

too much.

The date we compared earlier shows an estimated price of

~$312

for 2 adults, 1 night, including breakfast and free cancellation,

Considering this as the total accommodation cost,
