On my recent trip to Bali, I paid a visit to Deus Ex Machina (DEUS).
Deus is an absolute must-have on any Bali shopping list,
and I checked out their store in Ubud.
My husband got a cool sleeveless tank top,
and I managed to snag a kids' size t-shirt for myself!
Here's a quick review of our awesome little shopping haul.

What is on the Bali shopping list?
One item you can never leave off your Bali shopping list is Deus.
This is the Bali Deus store in Ubud.
Originally, Deus is an Australian brand,
starting out as a custom motorcycle shop.
They later fused surf and skate culture,
and now they span across fashion and lifestyle.

Is Deus in Bali cheaper than in Korea?
Yes, Deus products in Bali
are much cheaper than buying them in Korea!
That's why so many people travel to Bali
and bring back Deus t-shirts, caps, and more.
While it varies depending on the item and exchange rate,
it feels like they are at least 30% cheaper.
Why is Deus so cheap in Bali?
As mentioned earlier, Deus is an Australian brand.
Bali is very close to Australia,
and they also have production factories right in Indonesia.
With lower distribution costs and differences in store operations,
Deus in Bali ends up being a lot more affordable than in Korea.
We were a bit rushed and couldn't look around in detail,
but even a quick glance made me want to buy so many things!

Is there a lot of stock at the Ubud Deus store?
The actual size of the store wasn't very big.
Even though the shop isn't huge, it's packed with so many cool items
from apparel to hats and bags!
Deus Ex Machina Bali is so much fun to explore
From women's and men's collections to kids' gear—
I highly recommend giving yourself plenty of time to look around
at DEUS, a must-add to your Bali shopping list!
They have a great variety of apparel, including long sleeves, tees, and sleeveless tanks,
and you can even try them on yourself!!!
Aside from the hats in the photo,
there were so many different designs to choose from~
They even had socks!
I fell in love with a hat, but had to pass on it this time because we were in a rush—next time!
And of course, they have motorcycle gloves too.
The items we quickly picked out
were a comfy t-shirt and a sleeveless tank top perfect for throwing on in Bali!
This one is mine!
The Deus Kids' sizes run quite large, so it actually fit me perfectly.
So, one t-shirt safely purchased! 🤍
They packed it up in a cool Deus bag.
If I ever visit Bali again,
Deus is definitely on my list to revisit.
He decided on the sleeveless tank top in the photo!
The pants are also ones he bought on the street in Bali, and they look so good together
hahahaha
He wore it so much during our Bali trip!
I wore mine a ton too!
Looks like I put on a bit of vacation weight though, haha.
I don't remember the individual prices for each item,
but I think we spent around ~$49 in total!!!

Yes, adult women can purchase and wear kids' size clothing. Deus's kids' sizes tend to run large, so if it fits your frame, you can comfortably wear items like short-sleeve t-shirts.
