But I heard there's a place in Daegu where you can enjoy both at once,
so I went to check it out! 😋

We ordered the Signature Course (~$57).
The tuna features premium cuts and offers up to two refills,
while the lobster course lets you savor both sashimi and butter-grilled preparations.
I was beyond excited! :)

The restaurant offers spacious hall seating
and private rooms.
It can accommodate everything from two-person rooms to large groups,
and you can use the space for up to three hours,
making it perfect for dates or anniversary dinners. 😊
Signature Course Breakdown
1. Miso Soup & Black Sesame Tuna Porridge
The meal begins with black sesame tuna porridge and miso soup!
From the very first spoonful, the black sesame tuna porridge
had a rich, savory flavor and was perfectly seasoned,
making it delightfully easy to eat. :)
The miso soup had a subtle spiciness
that really awakened my appetite! 👍
2. Uni, Ankimo & Sweet Shrimp
I placed sweet shrimp and uni on gamtae (seaweed) and ate it in one bite.
Oh, what can I say~
The flavor was absolutely incredible! 😋
3. Salad (Smoked Duck & Crab Meat)
Thanks to the tangy dressing, my palate felt refreshed and clean,
which was perfect for whetting my appetite before diving into the tuna!
4. Tuna Sashimi
Kyaa! The star of the show, tuna, has finally arrived~~
The names of each cut were labeled,
which was great for knowing exactly what I was eating.
Overall, it was satisfyingly composed of premium cuts. 😊
The fatty cuts melted softly in my mouth,
while the leaner cuts offered a savory richness that deepened with every bite.
Best of all, you could get up to two refills of tuna after finishing,
so I could truly indulge without any regrets! Haha.
5. Lobster Butter Gratin
After savoring the tuna, the lobster butter gratin made its appearance.
The butter aroma wasn't overpowering, perfectly highlighting the natural sweetness of the lobster,
and that bouncy, succulent texture? Absolutely divine! 😋
6. Lobster Sashimi
And then, the lobster sashimi arrived! 🌟
After enjoying all the sashimi, if you tell the staff,
they'll steam the head and remaining body for you! ❤️
Being able to enjoy one lobster prepared in so many different ways really felt like
the biggest charm of this course! 😊
7. Charcoal-Grilled Beef
While grilling the meat yourself was a fun experience,
only 6 pieces were provided, which left me wanting just a little bit more. 🥺
8. Grilled Chilean Sea Bass
Its moist and tender texture was
perfect for a light, savory treat. 🙂
9. Tteokgalbi & Chili Shrimp
Afterwards, Tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patties) and Chili Shrimp were served sequentially.
With such a variety of dishes appearing in between, the course never felt dull.
I even wondered, "When will it ever end?!" 😂
10. Additional Lobster Butter Gratin
Finally, the lobster butter gratin made another appearance,
and the meal concluded with Jiritang (Clear Seafood Soup) and Al-bap (Flying Fish Roe Rice). 😋
I requested to add Cheongyang chili peppers to the Jiritang,
which made the broth much spicier and more refreshing –
absolutely perfect as a finishing dish! 🍻
Overall Review
Overall, I think this course would be highly satisfying
for anyone looking to truly enjoy both tuna and lobster to the fullest!
The fact that tuna refills are available,
and that you can savor lobster prepared in various ways—as sashimi, butter gratin, and steamed—
was particularly impressive.
While the price might seem a bit high at first glance,
considering the extensive course composition, it felt entirely worth it and satisfying.
If you're looking for a special place for an anniversary, a date, or a meal with your parents,
it's definitely worth a visit at least once.
It definitely struck me as a fantastic restaurant in Daegu's Suseong-gu! 😋
