Craving the best Iberico steak in Seville? Cinco Jotas Sevilla, famed for its exquisite ham, delivers an unforgettable dining experience with friendly service and incredible flavors. A true must-visit!

Cinco Jotas: The Iberico Specialist
During my recent trip to Spain,
I stumbled upon what might just be the most unforgettable
Iberico steak experience I've ever had.
Today, I'm excited to share my review of Cinco Jotas Sevilla, a true culinary gem!
1. Cinco Jotas: A Seville Gem, Famous for 5J Jamón

If I ever find myself back in Seville, this restaurant would be my very first stop. That's how good it was!
Cinco Jotas is already a well-known name among many international travelers, and I'm here to share my glowing review of this exceptional restaurant.
Originally, Cinco Jotas is an incredibly famous brand renowned for its exquisite Jamón Ibérico, often simply referred to as 5J.
You might notice the restaurant's door closed in the picture... it was a bit frustrating that a place scheduled to open at 12:30 PM actually opened a little over 30 minutes late. But good things come to those who wait, right?
Nevertheless, we were finally able to enter the restaurant a little after 1 PM. Since we were among the first through the doors, there was plenty of seating available.
Places like this tend to get much busier in the evenings, so if you're planning a dinner, making a reservation is definitely a good idea.
2. A Spanish Delicacy Experience

Since we arrived right at opening, the restaurant was completely empty. The space is expansive and impeccably clean.
Even the restrooms were spotless!

A friendly server promptly seated us and handed us the menu. The staff here are genuinely wonderful; I later saw many Google reviews praising their exceptional hospitality.

Olives weren't on the menu, so I asked if it was possible to order some. To my delight, they brought a complimentary bowl!
We also enjoyed tinto de verano, though I only have a photo of the empty glass! I ordered tinto de verano (a refreshing Spanish wine-based drink) countless times during this trip, and Cinco Jotas served the absolute best. While each place has its own twist, theirs was perfectly balanced – not too sweet and incredibly delicious. Highly recommend it.
Our cutlery rests were adorable acorn-patterned ceramics! It makes perfect sense for an Iberico specialist, as the finest Bellota-grade Iberico pigs are known for their diet of acorns. So cute, right?

As a huge fan of Jamón, I always make sure to indulge whenever I'm in Spain. We ordered a plate of Jamón, served alongside fried eggs and crispy fries – a simple yet perfectly complementary combination, exactly as delicious as it sounds!

Presa a la Parrilla
And now for the star of the show... the incredible Iberico steak!
You can order different cuts, and I opted for the 'presa,' which is the shoulder cut.
The menu item is called Presa a la parrilla, and I believe it was around 200 grams (~7 ounces). They asked for my preferred doneness, and I simply asked for their recommendation. It turned out to be a perfect medium-rare. I suggest you do the same when you visit!

The steak arrived, a beautifully cooked medium-rare pork, served with a side of fries and fried Padrón peppers. For those unfamiliar with less-than-well-done pork, don't worry – Iberico pork is safe and absolutely delicious at this temperature!
Wow! This was genuinely, unbelievably good!
Next time, I'm ordering a much larger portion of just this – I was so sad when it was gone!

For two drinks and three dishes, our bill came to a little over 51 Euros.
While it's not exactly cheap, a 60-gram (~2.1 ounces) serving of Bellota Jamón alone costs 20 Euros. If you're not a huge fan of jamón, you could use that money to order a larger steak instead!
3. Exceptional Service in Seville

We enjoyed this for lunch before our Ronda night tour, and it easily stands out as the most delicious meal I had during my entire Seville trip.
This was my sixth trip to Spain, and I can confidently say this restaurant was one of the most satisfying dining experiences I've had across all my visits.
If you're planning a trip to Seville, you absolutely must visit and feast on their incredible Iberico steak!
Wishing you all a fun and delicious Spanish adventure. BUEN VIAJE!
