Henann Alona Beach

Now, let's dive into my review of Henann Alona Beach, the resort included in the Airteltravel package!

Located right on Alona Beach, this resort boasts an ideal spot for beach strolls and easy access to excellent restaurants, cafes, and massage parlors.

Our package included a Deluxe Room (though the photos here showcase a Premier room for illustrative purposes). It came with daily breakfast for our entire stay, plus one complimentary dinner.

No need to hunt for breakfast every morning! You can simply enjoy your meal and then head straight to the pool or Alona Beach, truly embracing that relaxed vacation vibe.

The bathroom in our room felt incredibly luxurious and was impeccably maintained.

Most essential amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and conditioner were all thoughtfully provided.

Pools

Main Pool: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Christina Pool: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Beachfront Pool: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Henann Resort Bohol boasts three swimming pools. The Main Pool is accessible to all guests.

Sunbeds are generously arranged around the pools, and beach towels are available for complimentary rental.

The Christina Pool features even more sunbeds and parasols, and you can order drinks and food directly from the convenient poolside bar.

The Beachfront Pool offers stunning ocean views, allowing you to swim while gazing out at Alona Beach just steps away.

Beach Access

Just a few steps from the resort, you'll find yourself directly on Alona Beach.

Since this section of Alona Beach is primarily for resort guests, it wasn't overly crowded, allowing for a more relaxed and private experience.

As expected from Bohol's most famous beach, the emerald waters were absolutely breathtaking.

There's also a beachside bar where you can enjoy refreshing cocktails or a cold beer!

Breakfast

Breakfast Hours: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Breakfast is served at the Sea Breeze Cafe (or Coral Cafe if there are many guests).

If you snag a window seat, you can enjoy a leisurely meal overlooking the pool or the lush gardens.

The food selection was quite diverse. Beyond standard Western breakfast items like bread and omelets, there was also a dedicated section for local Filipino dishes.

Given the number of international guests, some simple Asian options were also available, including delicious pho (noodle soup) – perfect for a hearty start to the day. The quality was decent, even if not exceptionally unique.
