Bellugg Bangkok Baggage Delivery Review 2026: Airport to Hotel
Make your last day in Bangkok stress-free! I tried Bellugg's hotel-to-airport baggage delivery service and it was a game-changer. Here's my honest review for 2026.
During my most recent trip to Bangkok, I tried a service for the first time that completely changed my last day experience:
It was a baggage delivery service from my hotel straight to the airport!
My flight from Bangkok back home was a late-night departure, and I was wondering what to do with my luggage all day. That's when I discovered that many travelers in Bangkok use baggage delivery services.
In some places, like Vietnam, I might book a cheap half-day hotel to store my bags, but with Bangkok's accommodation prices, using Bellugg was significantly more affordable and convenient.
How to Use Bellugg
If you've booked through a platform like Klook, you'll receive a voucher. Simply leave your bags at the hotel lobby on your selected date and time, then check out. It's that easy!
① Write your name and 'Bellugg' clearly on a piece of paper and attach it to your bag.
② Take a photo of your bag with the name tag attached.
③ Inform the hotel staff that Bellugg will be coming to pick up your luggage.
④ Upload the photo of your bag to the real-time tracking link (the service provider sends this link upon booking).

I borrowed some paper, a pen, and tape from the hotel lobby and made a somewhat makeshift tag, haha! I imagine larger hotels might provide proper name tags.

At the scheduled pickup time, a Bellugg staff member arrived, collected my bag, attached a distinctive green tag (as seen in the top-right photo above), and uploaded a photo to the real-time tracking link!
Honestly, since it was my first time using a baggage delivery service, I was a little worried about my bag getting lost. But the real-time tracking system really put my mind at ease.
That said, I still recommend not entrusting valuables, gifts, or unlocked hand-carry bags to the service. Luckily, my suitcase arrived without any damage or missing contents, but it's always better to be safe!
Where to Collect Your Bag
Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), 4th Floor Departure Hall, Bellugg counter – near Gate 7 (between P/Q counters)
Look for the mint-colored sign; it's easy to spot! Just show your passport and voucher to receive your suitcase, and you're all set.

I highly recommend this service for anyone who wants to enjoy their last day in Bangkok without dragging their luggage around, right up until they head to the airport!
