Planning a trip to Barcelona, Spain, and wondering what to add to your shopping list?
Today, we're excited to share some of the best items to bring home as Spanish travel souvenirs!
1. Turrón
First up is Turrón, one of Spain's most iconic desserts!

For those unfamiliar, Turrón is a traditional Spanish confection, similar to nougat, made with various nuts and honey or sugar.
Despite its firm appearance, it's surprisingly soft and not overly sweet, making it a perfect pairing with a cup of coffee.

You can visit a Torrons Vicens store in the city center to sample different varieties before you buy. It’s a fantastic stop while exploring Barcelona!

While there are large bars of Turrón, you'll also find many beautifully packaged smaller assortments, like those pictured. These are excellent for sharing with family or as thoughtful gifts for colleagues. If you're on your honeymoon, they make for lovely wedding favors too!
2. Longchamp
Next on our list is the popular handbag brand, LONGCHAMP.

While Longchamp is available worldwide, including in the US, you can often find better deals in Spain.

I picked up one for myself as a versatile everyday bag and also gifted one to my parents. With prices often around ~$73, it's an affordable luxury that makes a wonderful present for loved ones. Both tote bags and backpacks are incredibly practical and stylish!
3. Loewe

Third, we have LOEWE, one of Spain's prestigious luxury brands! You'll find their boutique conveniently located on Passeig de Gràcia, Barcelona's famous luxury shopping street.

As a Spanish brand, Loewe products are significantly more affordable here than in other countries.

They boast many iconic designs like the Puzzle Bag and Hammock Bag. The Puzzle Bag, in particular, caught my eye with its unique appeal, perfect for both formal and casual outings.
4. Louis Vuitton

Fourth on our luxury list is Louis Vuitton!
While Louis Vuitton isn't a Spanish brand, you'll still likely find prices more favorable in Spain compared to the US, especially after factoring in tax refunds.

It's a common saying that luxury prices are never cheaper than today, and with prices steadily rising, treating yourself to a special piece during your trip can be a great investment!
5. Magnets

For our fifth Spanish souvenir recommendation, we suggest magnets!

If you're looking for a small, easy-to-pack keepsake from Spain, magnets are perfect. The Sagrada Familia magnets, in particular, are distinctive and make for a great decorative touch on your fridge or front door. Every time you see them, you'll be transported back to your amazing Barcelona adventure!
6. Zara

Finally, consider Zara shopping! As a Spanish brand, Zara often releases new collections in Spain before anywhere else, giving you a chance to be an early adopter of the latest styles.

While prices are generally comparable to those in the US, the real draw is discovering unique designs you might not find back home. Plus, if you've packed light for your European adventure, Zara is a convenient spot to pick up some fresh outfits!
It's no exaggeration to say that shopping is a highlight of any trip to Spain, with an abundance of fantastic items to choose from! We hope these six recommendations inspire your Barcelona shopping spree.
