U Sathorn Bangkok On-Site Room Upgrade

I initially booked the most basic room, a Superior Room.

When I contacted the hotel via email about the 24-hour stay, I also mentioned my desire for a pool view room. Their reply stated that "a pool view is only possible with an upgrade."

They informed me that an upgrade would cost 700 THB at check-in.

However, during check-in, the specific room I had requested wasn't available! The staff kindly offered two alternative room types, and we ultimately chose to upgrade to a Garden Terrace View Room.

While the standard upgrade price for this room was 1500 THB, because the room I initially discussed wasn't available, the staff graciously offered us an upgrade for

1200 THB, which also included a complimentary mini-bar!

U Sathorn Garden Terrace View Room

The U Sathorn Bangkok Garden View rooms are located right by the pool.

You can even access your room directly from the terrace after a swim!

The moment we opened the door, my sister and I were in awe of the pool and lush green views.

There's one minor drawback: the air conditioning turns off when the terrace window is open. However, it quickly blasts cold air once the window is closed, so it wasn't a major inconvenience!

Beyond the bed area, you'll find a separate toilet room, a vanity, and a spacious shower stall.

The amenities were plentiful, including body lotion, which was perfect for moisturizing after a refreshing swim.

After returning from an outing, we discovered a lovely fruit basket and an adorable elephant keyring waiting for us. I devoured the fruit before remembering to take a picture, but trust me, they were all incredibly sweet and delicious! Yum!
