Bellugg Bangkok Review: Airport Luggage Delivery (2026)

On the final day of your amazing Bangkok adventure, the usual routine involves checking out of your hotel, storing your luggage, and then heading out for some last-minute souvenir shopping or sightseeing.

As evening approaches, you typically return to your hotel, retrieve your bags, hail a taxi, and make your way to the airport. I used to do the same on all my Bangkok trips, but then I discovered a fantastic service that ships your luggage directly from your hotel to the airport: it's called Bellugg.

How to Book Bellugg Service

Bellugg is an official luggage storage and delivery service located within Suvarnabhumi Airport. Just remember the elephant logo, and you'll easily spot their counter.

If sending your luggage from the city to the airport were expensive, there'd be no point. Initially, I thought it would cost at least ~$15-23, so I wasn't even considering it. But when I found out it was only ~$9, I decided to give it a try.

For just ~$8, you can have your suitcase delivered, and honestly, why wouldn't you? Carrying your luggage around is truly a burden.

The Process

First, you'll need to book your luggage transfer from your hotel to the airport. For same-day delivery, make sure to complete your reservation by 11:00 AM. It's best to book the day before if possible to avoid any last-minute rush.

You have two options for picking up your luggage at the airport: after 3:00 PM or after 7:00 PM. If you have a late-night flight, the 7:00 PM pick-up works perfectly. If you prefer to have your bags ready earlier, or if you're a bit anxious, opt for the 3:00 PM pick-up and then leave your luggage with your hotel's concierge.

1. Ensure your luggage is left at your Bangkok hotel before your selected pick-up time (9:00 AM / 12:00 PM) for same-day delivery to Suvarnabhumi Airport.

2. When dropping off your luggage at the Bangkok hotel, inform the staff that Bellugg will pick it up, or simply show them the following Thai phrase:

As the instructions state, it's crucial to inform the hotel staff that you're using the Bellugg service when you drop off your bags. I simply showed them the Thai phrase provided, and it worked like a charm!

(Beyond hotel-to-airport, Bellugg also offers transfers from Bangkok hotels to other hotels, Suvarnabhumi Airport to Bangkok hotels, and even between Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang Airport.)

After attaching a tag with your name and room number to your suitcase and leaving it with the hotel, you'll need to upload a photo. This allows you to track its journey! Curious about the status? You'll receive a real-time tracking link, so you can see if your bags are on their way and when they've arrived at the storage facility.

Where to Pick Up Your Luggage

Since I was traveling light with just a small bag, I decided to save some money and took the Airport Rail Link to Suvarnabhumi Airport.

I used to think that only the roads from the airport to the city got congested in the evenings, but it turns out the MRT and Airport Rail Link can also be packed with commuters heading home. Even so, taking a taxi can easily take over 1 hour and 30 minutes and cost a fair bit, so public transport is still a solid option.

Once you arrive at the airport, head up to the 4th floor, which is the Departure Hall. The Bellugg booth is conveniently located on the 4th floor of Suvarnabhumi Airport, between Gates 7 and the P and Q check-in counters.

Even from a distance, the bright green sign makes it easy to spot.

Simply show your booking confirmation, and the staff will retrieve your luggage for you.

After a quick name verification, I got my suitcase back immediately. The whole process was much simpler than I anticipated, which was a huge relief! While entrusting your bags to the hotel staff initially might feel like a minor hassle, everything after that is completely taken care of, leaving you worry-free.

All you need to do is plan your arrival at the airport to coincide perfectly with your flight schedule.

The traditional method of dropping off luggage at your hotel, returning to pick it up, and then heading to the airport is incredibly inefficient. Plus, let's be honest, while checking into a hotel is always exciting, having to go back to retrieve your bags after checking out isn't exactly a joy! 😂

To eliminate luggage stress and enjoy a more relaxed itinerary, I highly recommend giving the Bellugg service a try.
