Ticket To The Moon Bali Shopping Guide 2026: Prices & Locations
Don't miss Bali's must-have souvenir: Ticket To The Moon bags! This guide reveals 5 store locations, popular bag types, and prices, helping you snag deals often half the price of home.
The ultimate "must-buy" item that you'll absolutely regret missing out on in Bali...
is none other than
Ticket To The Moon!
That's right,

While they are actually a brand that makes hammocks,
they’ve become incredibly famous for their super handy backpacks and sling bags.
Because the fabric is made from parachute nylon,
they are incredibly durable and last practically forever.
Whether you're keeping it for yourself,
or gifting it to a friend, there is literally nothing better.
I’m still rocking the one I bought 3 years ago! ~
To be completely honest, though!
I sometimes wonder, "Does this bag look less stylish back home than it does in tropical Southeast Asia?" But honestly, I use it as my daily bag—even tossing my laptop in it. It is incredibly useful, especially when traveling!
There are a total of 5 Ticket To The Moon stores in Bali,
and I’ve put together all the details on pricing (which is more than 50% cheaper than in Korea!) along with a review of my own purchases.
Oh, and there's one absolute essential you need before heading to Ticket To The Moon.
High-speed internet data!
You’ll definitely want to send real-time photos to your friends back home to help choose a design. There are so many limited editions and endless color combinations that it's impossible to pick alone. Real-time sharing via Instagram or WhatsApp is a must!
When I visited Bali and Manado earlier this year,
I tested a few options and found the provider with the fastest speeds and zero dead zones.
I've got you covered!
I'll share that tip as well, so make sure to read to the very end.

If this is your first time in Bali,
or if you're not sure what gifts to bring home,
definitely keep an eye on this!
Ticket To The Moon

Ticket to the Moon
It's a homegrown Bali brand with an adorable name.
They actually became famous for making bags out of the leftover fabric from their signature hammocks.
The bags became even more popular than the hammocks themselves!
Founded in Bali in 1996,
they are also an ethical, certified Fair Trade company.

The best part about this brand is that they use ultra-tough parachute nylon. It’s naturally compact, but when folded down, it becomes smaller than your fist (as you can see in the photo below), making it incredibly easy to carry around.
It’s feather-light, dirt-resistant, machine-washable, and even water-repellent—making it the absolute perfect daily companion.
Bali Ticket To The Moon Store Locations & Opening Hours
The 5 locations listed below open quite early and close late,
and no matter when you visit, you'll always spot fellow travelers there! haha
There's a rumor going around that the surging popularity among tourists has driven up the prices,
and when you walk into a store, you might see why!
Hahaha
Take a look at the list and decide which location fits best into your itinerary.
📍 Ticket To The Moon Shop - Ubud
Jl. Raya Ubud No.33X, Ubud, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali 80571, Indonesia
📍 Ticket To The Moon - Canggu Berawa
Jl. Subak Sari 13, Tibubeneng, Berawa, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia
📍 Ticket To The Moon Shop Icon Bali Sanur
Icon Bali, Jl. Danau Tamblingan Beach Floor, Sanur, Denpasar Selatan, Kota Denpasar, Bali 80228, Indonesia
📍 Ticket To The Moon Sunset Road
Bali Brasco Building, Jl. Sunset Road No.BB 8, Legian, Kec. Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia
📍 Ticket To The Moon Uluwatu
Jl. Labuansait, Pecatu, Kec. Kuta Sel., Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia
1. Ubud Shop
Address: Jl. Raya Ubud No.33X, Ubud, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali 80571
Hours: 8:30 AM - 9:30 PM daily
It's located right on the main street of Ubud, near Ubud Palace,
so you're bound to pass by it even if you didn't plan to.
Since it’s a staple on almost every traveler’s itinerary,
the popular items and colors tend to sell out quite fast here.
2. Canggu Berawa Shop
Address: Jl. Subak Sari 13, Tibubeneng, Berawa, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361
Hours: 8:30 AM - 9:30 PM daily
This is their largest store and boasts a great selection of limited-edition items.
It spans two floors, and the rarest pieces are on the second floor—so enter at your own risk (you might end up buying everything)!
They even have hammocks set up so you can try them out.
Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to explore this location.
3. Sanur Icon Mall Shop
Address: Icon Bali, Jl. Danau Tamblingan Beach Floor, Sanur, Denpasar Selatan, Kota Denpasar, Bali 80228
Hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM daily
Located inside Sanur's Icon Bali Mall, but to be completely honest, it's quite small and the selection was a bit underwhelming.
I stopped by on my last day because a friend asked me to pick something up. If it's the only store that fits your itinerary, go for it—but if you've seen the other locations, you might find this one a little disappointing.
4. Seminyak/Kuta Sunset Road Shop
Address: Bali Brasco Building, Jl. Sunset Road No.BB 8, Legian, Kec. Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361
Hours: 8:30 AM - 9:30 PM daily
I haven't personally been to this one, but it's definitely there!
You can easily fit it in if you are staying or passing near the airport.
5. Uluwatu Shop
Address: Jl. Labuansait, Pecatu, Kec. Kuta Sel., Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361
Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily
If you're exploring South Bali, it can be a hassle to travel to other areas just for shopping, so this is fantastic news!
I actually ended up visiting the Ubud, Sanur, and Canggu locations.
(My friends kept sliding into my DMs asking if I could pick one up for them...)

The Canggu store is the largest and has the absolute best selection.
Ticket to the Moon: Bag Styles and Prices
The core lineup includes backpacks, zip bags, sling bags, and eco-bags,
but they keep rolling out new styles in all shapes and sizes.
You'll also find travel gear, wash bags, and even t-shirts.
It feels like their collection is constantly expanding!
I know they have hats in Korea, but for some reason, I don't remember seeing them in Bali?

It's super helpful to browse their official website before you go
to get a feel for what you want.
Once you're actually in the store, they all start looking similar,
but when you look closely, each one is unique. It's easy to get choice paralysis, so you'll definitely need some time!
Plus, the premium line in Bali has so many more options—including one-of-a-kind pieces—that deciding beforehand might not even matter once you see them in person!

Prices vary depending on the product line and size,
as well as whether they are standard or premium.
Especially for backpacks, there's about a Rp 100k difference between styles.
The biggest reason you should buy Ticket to the Moon in Bali
is that they are nearly 2 to 3 times cheaper than back home!
The moment you look up the prices online,
you'll find yourself buying one even if you didn't plan to.
Haha!
Eco-bags!

The basic size is only around ~$5, making it the perfect souvenir or gift.
It comes in three sizes.
The cheapest option features a simple, neutral two-tone color combo. If you want something more colorful or a rare shade, the price goes up slightly.

Eco-bag | 10L | 15L | 30L |
Regular | Rp 95,- | Rp 105,- | Rp 115,- |
(Korea Price) | ~$16 | ~$19 | ~$22 |
Unique/Premium | Rp 145, - | Rp 165, - | Rp 185,- |
Personally, I found the Large size eco-bag to be the most practical. Not only does it hold a ton, but it also looks super stylish and costs just around ~$6, so it's a total steal. The smaller sizes look a bit too flimsy in my opinion. Haha!
Sling Bags

Worn crossbody style,
these feel like an absolute must-have for a trip to Europe!
It seems to be a highly popular design, especially for guys.
The only catch is that Ticket to the Moon sling bags aren't exactly cheap.
The basic one starts at around ~$26, which felt a bit pricey to me.
But back in Korea, the exact same sling bag goes for around ~$58 (nearly double the price!),
so if you like it, you might regret leaving without it!

Sling Bag | ||
Basic | Rp 445- | ~$57 |
Unique/Premium | Rp 495,- | ~$70 |
Backpacks

These backpacks are super trendy right now.
They come in mini, standard, and large sizes.
The 6L size is an absolute stunner in person—it looks incredibly cute when you wear it.
The 15L backpack is the most versatile option. Although it looks compact, it's surprisingly spacious—big enough to fit a laptop and all your essentials for a quick 2-day, 1-night getaway.

And honestly, I didn't see many people carrying the 25L version.
It just doesn't feel quite as cute or stylish.
These are the premium line products displayed on the second floor of the Canggu store!
The color combinations are seriously vibrant and eye-catching.
They might look similar at first glance, but every single one is unique, which makes choosing just one so hard!

As expected, the 15L backpack is only about ~$19 in Bali, whereas it costs over ~$45 back in Korea. It's more than double the price, so you absolutely have to grab one!
Backpack 6L | 15L | 25L | |
Standard | Rp 345,- | Rp 345,- | |
Unique/Premium | Rp 435,- | Rp 425,- | Rp 525,- |
Korea Price | ~$42 (~$48) | ~$48(~$54) | ~$57(~$63) |
They also have plenty of other cool items on display,

Travel Cubes
with the travel bags being their signature product.
The prices start at over Rp 500k (around 500,000 IDR),
so they aren't exactly cheap!
My Visit & Shopping Review: Ticket to the Moon in Canggu, Bali
I only did some window shopping at the Ubud store,
but I ended up buying my items at the Canggu Berawa branch and the Icon Bali mall in Sanur.

Good to know: if you spend over 1 million IDR (around ~$64),
they'll give you a free promo eco-bag.
Bought this for a friend who loves camping:
A travel cube to pack all your travel essentials, and a 15L backpack.

Another 15L backpack bought at the request of another friend.
Since this was from the premium line, it cost Rp 425k (around ~$26).

Here is what my sister and I bought:
we got both backpacks and eco-bags.

Since we bought this much, they told us to choose a free gift.
haha!
There weren't many colors left to choose from, so I just grabbed the purple one
and gifted it to my friend named Bora (which means purple in Korean)~
I originally told myself I wouldn't buy anything,
but once you walk in, you completely lose your mind and start buying everything.
Highly Recommended: eSIM for Traveling in Bali, Indonesia!
I seriously used so much data during this trip.

Helping friends choose bags on different days via real-time Instagram chat
Can you see this?
Everything was so pretty that I had to take photos of each one, send try-on shots to my friends, and let them choose. Since I was sending photos and getting feedback in real-time, having a fast internet connection was absolutely essential!
I even did KakaoTalk voice calls in the middle of it,
and it was super fast, which was a huge help in making quick decisions~
Even if it looks pretty to me, the person actually using it might have a different preference,
and since the colors are so subtly different, I kept snapping and sending pictures out of pure respect for their personal taste! haha
Even more than when I was in a Grab on my way to Ubud or leaving Canggu...
I used a ton of data!

So, which eSIM or SIM card should you get?
You should definitely get the USIMSA eSIM/USIM!
Honestly, I used to think they were all pretty much the same,
but my friend who bought theirs from a different provider kept losing service.
I, on the other hand, never had a single issue.
Whether in the mountains, by the beach, or on the road, the connection was perfect.
If you buy now, you can get it 20% cheaper than the official site,
so make sure to use the link below to get your discount.
