Klook Booking & How to Get There

I booked about a month before my visit.

After checking recently, it seems you can even book

the day before your visit.

However, booking in advance like I did

allows you to secure your spot for the class

well in advance.

Also, coupons are available in limited quantities.

Puppy yoga is available in three locations:

Ubud, Canggu, and Uluwatu.

These locations are more than an hour's drive apart,

so be sure to double-check the location name when you book!

There's no separate pick-up service, so

Bali Puppy Yoga 60-Minute Session

Real Experience Review

On the Klook details page, it was stated

that there would be 45 minutes of yoga

and 15 minutes of playtime with the puppies.

However, for us, they ran the yoga session for 50 minutes,

and then allowed us to comfortably play with the puppies for longer

before leaving!

The yoga was super beginner-friendly and comfortable,

it was Hatha Yoga!

Our instructor for the session

blended in a bit of Vinyasa flow,

which was really nice.

It felt like the difficulty was adjusted in each session

based on how many people were familiar with yoga!

And even if you can't do a single yoga pose

and just want to lie down and play with the puppies,

they won't mind at all! LOL

Even though I know how to do yoga,

my palms got really sweaty and slippery.

So, I took it easy in the back row, petting the puppies

and relaxing!

The class is conducted in English.

The instructor called out the yoga pose names and

demonstrated everything,

so it wasn't difficult at all.

Honestly, before I went,

I'm a bit scared of animals,

so I was a little worried about

what would happen if bigger dogs came instead of just puppies. Haha!

But once I actually experienced Puppy Yoga,

watching the puppies scamper around

between people,

I was just utterly happy!

By the way, during our session,

the staff members were keeping an eye on the puppy pads in the back

and handled any clean-up immediately.

Honestly, Puppy Yoga is more about

focusing on the joyful time of doing yoga

with adorable Bali puppies.

So, for those who truly want to focus

only on yoga itself,

Puppy Yoga might feel a little lacking.

However, this Puppy Yoga class

is definitely not just a casual

or half-hearted yoga session!

Nevertheless, if you're someone who wants to fully

immerse yourself only in the yoga practice,

I recommend attending a regular yoga class.
