① What is the All Indonesia Arrival Card?

The All Indonesia Arrival Card is

a unified entry form that has been in effect since September 1, 2025.

It combines what used to be separate forms:

the Electronic Customs Declaration (e-CD) and the Health Pass (SATUSEHAT)

into a single document.

Currently, it's a standard entry procedure fully established at major airports like

Bali, Jakarta, and Surabaya.

✔ You no longer need to fill out the Health Pass separately.

It's already integrated within the All Indonesia Arrival Card.

It's **completely separate from your visa (VOA/E-VOA)**.

Submitting this card

does not mean your visa is taken care of,

so you must arrange your visa separately.

② Step-by-step Guide to Filling it Out

While it was previously only possible to set the language to English,

a **Korean language option** has recently been added, making it even simpler.

STEP 1 — Set Language and Select Foreign Visitor

After accessing allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id,

change the language to **Korean** in the top right corner,

and click on **'Foreign Visitor'**.

STEP 2 — Enter Passport Information

On mobile, use the **'MRZ Scan'** button

to scan your passport with the camera,

and your information will be automatically entered.

If you're on a PC, you can enter it manually.

After entering, please double-check that your passport information is accurate.

STEP 3 — Enter Contact Information & Companions

After entering your phone number and email,

If you have travel companions, click 'Add Traveler' and

enter their information as well.

Up to 10 people are allowed, and

only one QR code is generated for the primary representative.

STEP 4 — Enter Arrival Date & Visa Information

Indonesia Arrival Date, Departure Date

Visa Issued: Yes

Enter Visa No.

Click 'Next' to confirm visa information.

STEP 5 — Enter Travel Information

✔ Mode of Transport: Select 'Air'

✔ Purpose of Visit: Select 'Holiday/Tourism/Leisure'

✔ Place of Arrival (when entering Bali): DPS

✔ Type of Air Transport: Select 'Commercial Flight'

✔ Enter Flight Name, Flight Number

There's also a section to enter your accommodation address.

Search for and enter the **name of your booked hotel**.

If your **accommodation name doesn't appear, enter it manually**.

Please **refer to the photo for the city where your hotel is located**.

STEP 6 — Answer Health & Customs Questions

Any health symptoms (e.g., fever, skin rash),

Countries visited before entry,

Items being brought in (e.g., animals, plants, excess cash)

✔ If you have a layover, also enter the transit country/countries.

Number of arriving baggage

Possession of items to be declared to customs

Select **Cellular Registration (IMEI) status**

Click 🔻 to check the list of items to declare.

If it's a short trip, select **'No'** for **Cellular Registration**.

STEP 6 — Submit & Save QR Code

After checking the agreement box and submitting,

your **QR code will be issued**.

**Immediately capture this screen** and

make sure to save it to your gallery.

✔ Airport Wi-Fi is often unstable.

It's convenient to fill it out in advance, 72 hours before your entry.

③ How to Pay Bali Tourist Levy (Love Bali)

✔ Payment Website: lovebali.baliprov.go.id

✔ Amount: IDR 150,000 (~$9)

✔ What you need: International payment-enabled card + Passport number + Email

The **Bali Tourist Levy**

is a separate process from the All-Indonesia Arrival Card and visa,

as it is a completely distinct procedure.

Submitting the arrival card

does not automatically process the tourist levy,

so you must pay it separately.

Implemented on February 14, 2024,

this levy **must be paid by all foreign tourists visiting Bali**.

STEP 1 — Visit the Website and Click 'Pay Tourist Levy'

After accessing lovebali.baliprov.go.id,

click the **Pay Tourist Levy** button.

✔️ Select Single if you're alone, Group if you're a party.

STEP 2 — Enter Payer Information (Group)

Enter your **Bali entry date**,

**English name as per passport, email,**

**passport number, and country**, then

click '**Continue to Payment**'.

After carefully checking the entered information,

click 'Confilm for x Persons'

STEP 3 — Enter Card Information and Make Payment

Enter your card number, expiry date, and security code,

then Submit, select your payment currency,

and click Proceed to complete the process!

✔ Payment fees apply.

✔ Do not go back or close the window while the payment is processing.

An error might occur in the middle.

STEP 4 — Save Your Payment Confirmation

Once payment is complete, you can either screenshot the 'QR code' screen

or save the PDF by clicking 'Download Levy Voucher'.

Even if you don't have a printout,

showing it on your phone screen is perfectly fine.

✔ Be aware that there might be spot checks at airports, hotels, and major tourist attractions.

Make sure to save your QR code or voucher!

Those exempt from the tourism tax include diplomats, airline crew,

holders of long-term KITAS/KITAP visas,

and those with study, family visit, or business visas.
