Today, I'm sharing all about setting up your Bali airport pickup.
We were traveling in a group of six with five large suitcases in tow.
With a larger group, trying to hail a taxi or grab a ride-share at the airport after landing seemed like a massive headache. Plus, we weren't even sure if we'd find a large enough vehicle to fit all six of us and our luggage on the spot. To keep things stress-free, we decided to book ahead on Klook. I'll share how much it cost us below!

How to Book on Klook
First, before you jet off, you'll want to search for airport pickup/drop-off on Klook!
Just enter your flight number (or pickup time), destination address/hotel name, and the number of passengers, and you'll get a list of available rides.
Don't forget to check the bottom of the search results for Klook discount coupon codes too!
Bali Airport Pickup: To Ubud for 6 People
Here's a quick look at what the search results look like!
It shows larger vehicles capable of carrying 6 people from Bali Ngurah Rai Airport straight to downtown Ubud.
There are plenty of options, from 9-seaters to 12-seaters and 13-seaters—
It's super convenient because it clearly lists the maximum number of passengers and suitcases each vehicle can hold. You can easily compare prices and check out the driver ratings too!

Since we had 6 passengers, we went with a 12-seater van, and it was wonderfully spacious. Since we were heading to Ubud late at night, our total booking price on Klook came to ~$36. I was in such a rush to book that I forgot to apply a coupon, but make sure to take your time and apply any discount codes before you pay!
Free Waiting Time

I paid ~$36 for a late-night transfer to Ubud. The final price may vary if you apply discount coupons found at the bottom of the Klook search bar.
The Klook pickup service generally provides 2 hours of free waiting time. Even though it took 2 extra hours due to a delayed departure and immigration issues, I was able to use the service without any additional charges.
After clearing immigration, walk straight along the path heading outside, and you will see the Klook Lounge. You can either speak with the lounge staff or directly meet your driver waiting in front of the lounge.
It took approximately 1 hour from the airport to the accommodation in Ubud. Even for accommodations with narrow access roads, the driver drove right in and helped unload the luggage, making the arrival very convenient.
