Upon checking out, I simply informed the front desk and left my suitcase with them. This allowed me to explore Chatuchak Market, my last-day itinerary, without the burden of heavy bags.

If you plan to use the pool or showers, I highly recommend packing your swimwear and a change of clothes separately, making them easily accessible.

Believe me, fumbling through your suitcase with a hotel staff member patiently waiting can be a bit awkward!

3. Freshening Up with a Shower Before the Airport

After my swim,

I was able to take a full shower in the

changing rooms of the fitness center on the first floor.

They didn't even ask for my room number upon entry!

The shower rooms were fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plus, they were individual stalls with doors, offering complete privacy – no awkward moments showing your bare self to strangers!

Even better, there's a dry sauna inside! I wish I had known earlier; I would have finished my swim sooner to enjoy it. Make sure you take advantage of the sauna!

If you're planning to use the pool and showers after checking out from Anantara Riverside, I highly recommend booking an airport transfer.

After getting all fresh and clean, the last thing you want is to hail a taxi in the scorching Bangkok heat and start sweating again!

I relaxed in the cool hotel lobby, and my pre-booked car arrived right on time. We loaded our luggage and headed straight to the airport.
