Amiana Resort Cam Ranh Nha Trang: Ideal Family Escape 2026

If you're heading to Nha Trang with kids,

not just Amiana, but The Anam, Movenpick, and Alma

are often highly recommended as family-friendly accommodations in Nha Trang.

I, too, did a lot of comparing before making my choice,

and after experiencing it, I truly felt that choosing Amiana Resort Cam Ranh

was the best decision.

Nha Trang Amiana Cam Ranh offers

reasonable prices starting from ~$118 per night,

not only delicious dining but also swimming pools, heated pools, a beach,

kids' facilities, and even a mud spa.

Amiana Resort Nha Trang was a place brimming with

amenities for both children and adults.

After actually visiting,

I thought it would be wonderful to bring my parents along next time.

That's why it's a place

I'd confidently recommend for large family trips.

Why I Chose Amiana Over Other Resorts

When selecting accommodations for our Nha Trang family trip,

there were three key factors I considered:

1️⃣ Swimming pools where kids can play for hours

2️⃣ Plenty of activities for adults, not just children

3️⃣ A reasonable price covering accommodation + dining + amenities

Of course, other resorts also

meet some of these criteria,

and while there are many other excellent resorts,

Amiana Cam Ranh seemed like the perfect fit

for our family.

What was particularly important for this Nha Trang trip was a heated pool.

Because it was absolutely crucial that

the kids didn't catch a cold,

when deciding on our Nha Trang accommodation,

having a heated pool played a significant role

more than a swimming pool with slides.

1. Convenient Location Near the Airport

Amiana Nha Trang Resort is located

approximately a 15-minute drive from Cam Ranh International Airport.

It was great not having to travel a long distance by car

after a flight with the kids.

While it takes about 30 minutes

to reach Nha Trang city center,

you can enjoy a quiet 'hocance' (hotel vacation) at the resort,

away from the city noise.

When you want to head into the city,

the resort's free shuttle is available!

It was great for planning an itinerary with 2 days for delicious restaurants, shopping, and tours,

and then relaxing at the resort

for the rest of the time.

If you use the airport pickup service,

traveling with kids becomes much more comfortable.

2. If You're Traveling with Kids: The Kids' Themed Room

Amiana Cam Ranh is a newer resort, so

the rooms and common areas are generally very clean and well-maintained.

We checked in in the afternoon,

but the welcome drink wasn't quite to my taste...

Since we were traveling with our kids,

we booked a kids' themed room.

There's a separate boat-shaped bed for children,

For kids, this is already an exciting part of the trip!

The room was spacious,

and from the balcony, you could see the ocean and the pool,

making it perfect for sitting and relaxing, both day and night.

Grab one of the complimentary beers from the minibar

and sip it on the balcony, and it's simply pure relaxation.

And here's a crucial detail.

A smart TV with Netflix and YouTube!

We ordered delivery food,

the kid watched TV, and we had a beer –

it was absolute bliss.

The bathroom even had two sinks,

which was convenient when washing up with the child,

and there was a bathtub, which was great to use after playing in the water.

In the room, not only were there slippers and bathrobes,

but also a bag and hat, perfect for a quick stroll –

something to keep in mind!

If you're a large family, while booking multiple rooms is an option,

Amaniana also has 3-4 bedroom pool villas,

making it ideal for parents or several families to stay together.

The 2-bedroom units

have one space designed as a children's themed room,

so if multiple adults are traveling together,

it's more convenient to compare 3-bedroom units or larger.

3. A Pool Perfect for Both Kids and Adults

What I loved most at Amaniana was the swimming pool.

From kids' pools to deeper ones,

the pool depths are quite varied,

making it great for adults to swim too.

On the other hand, for very young children,

there are sections that might feel deep,

so it's best to use the kids' pool or shallower areas.

And they even have a heated pool + saltwater pool!

While there aren't fancy slides like at a water park,

for families like ours with young children who prefer to relax

and swim for a long time, it was more than enough.

Life jackets are available for free rental,

which helped reduce luggage bulk,

and there were plenty of sunbeds for comfortable relaxation.

With the ocean right in front,

it's easy to swim and then head out to the beach,

and for slightly older kids or adults,

you can also enjoy activities like kayaking or snorkeling.

In fact, we saw kids playing with their parents in the pool,

while the older generation relaxed on sunbeds

or families taking leisurely walks.

It made us think we should bring our parents along next time too!

Other Facilities

Breakfast is served buffet-style on the 1st floor.

The restaurant offers local, Western, and Japanese cuisines,

along with dishes familiar to Korean palates.

and even ice cream,

my picky eater child loved it too.

The tables are also spaced quite far apart,

making it comfortable to dine while looking after the kids.

And another standout feature of Amiana is

the Mud Spa!!

Beyond standard rooms,

they also offer couple and family-style spa areas,

making it perfect for adding a unique experience to your family trip.

While the Mud Spa incurs a separate charge if used independently,

costing ~$15 per person,

we booked a package through Picktime

that included the Mud Spa,

allowing us to enjoy it for free.

After a swim and a relaxing dip in the warm

Mud Spa,

you'll feel utterly relaxed and blissful.

It was so satisfying that even the kids slept like logs,

and it’s a service I’d absolutely want to treat my parents to if I brought them along!

Tip

If you have a late-night flight,

it's a great idea to check out, leave your luggage with the resort,

spend some time at the pool or pool bar,

and then book the Mud Spa as your last activity.

The Mud Spa facilities include showers, amenities, and even hair dryers,

making it super convenient to freshen up, change, and head straight to the airport.

Beyond that,

there's a surprising variety of activities available besides just water play, including ping-pong, billiards, a Kids' Club, games, and a gym.
