Today, I'm sharing my honest, fully self-funded review of Amiana Resort Cam Ranh, a perfect spot to visit with kids.

To be honest, I loved my first stay here so much

that I've already booked Amiana Cam Ranh again for our upcoming 8-person family trip (including grandparents and kids!).

Seriously, where else in Nha Trang can you find a resort that includes a dinner buffet and afternoon tea for around ~$128 per night?

Amiana Resort Cam Ranh is a brand-new 5-star resort in Nha Trang Cam Ranh that opened in 2025. With breakfast, afternoon tea, and a dinner buffet all included, you can experience luxury here for around ~$128 per night,

making it highly recommended for family vacations with kids or multi-generational trips. Their pool villas are also incredibly popular!

Time your day right, and all your meals from morning to night are completely taken care of!

1. Why Choose Amiana Cam Ranh for a Family Trip & Basic Info

While browsing through potential resorts in Nha Trang,

I realized that Amiana Cam Ranh

was the ultimate answer for traveling with kids for three main reasons:

✔️ Up to 1–2 children stay free (sharing existing bedding) ➜ Perfect for families of 4 looking to save on extra room costs.

✔️ Seasonally heated pools ➜ No need to worry about kids or grandparents getting too cold in the water.

Being so close to the airport makes the first and last days of travel so seamless. When you're traveling with tons of family luggage, this convenience is absolutely crucial.

But honestly, the biggest selling point was something else.

No matter how much I searched other resorts in Nha Trang, this was the only place that included a dinner buffet and afternoon tea for around ~$128 per night.

So, what's it like visiting Amiana Cam Ranh with kids?

I can confidently say it's an absolute dream for a family resort vacation in Nha Trang.

That’s exactly why I chose Amiana Cam Ranh for our upcoming trip with two young elementary schoolers.

If you have two or more kids, children stay for free when sharing existing beds—making this an incredibly budget-friendly option given recent Nha Trang resort prices.

3. Heated Pool & Private Beach: How is it for kids?

Another huge reason why I highly recommend Amiana Resort Cam Ranh for a family trip to Nha Trang is the swimming pool.

✔️ Seasonally heated pool - perfectly warm and comfortable for both kids and adults.

✔️ Separate 0.6m shallow pool ➜ perfect for toddlers and young kids to splash around safely

✔️ Free life jacket rentals available

✔️ Private beach - complimentary beach umbrellas, sunbeds, and life jackets

Tubes and kayaks are also available for rent for an extra fee.

Since the water stays warm even on windy days,

this heated pool alone is reason enough to book if you're traveling with kids who catch chills easily.

Even when the resort was busy, the pool area is so massive that it never felt overcrowded.

4. Amiana Cam Ranh Breakfast: Is it kid-friendly?

While there wasn't a dedicated kids' buffet,

the overall selection was incredibly rich and satisfying.

✔️ Diverse options ranging from Korean and Western to Vietnamese and Japanese dishes

✔️ Plenty of sweet pastries and desserts that kids will absolutely love

✔️ A great variety of fresh fruits

It's perfect for picky eaters as well as parents who crave familiar Asian comfort foods.

When I visited, I saw so many families having a wonderful time, with kids happily picking out their own food.

5. Nha Trang Resort Price Comparison

✅ Based on the same room type (Ocean View), including dinner and breakfast + free cancellation.

(Rates are based on a weekday in October 2026 / Real-time prices may vary depending on the season)

For reference, Kayak is a search engine that compares prices from multiple booking sites at once.

Interestingly, even for the exact same Agoda deal, clicking through Kayak sometimes applies affiliate promotions or special discounts, making it cheaper than booking directly.

Of course, the opposite can also be true!

That’s why I usually check out all three platforms to compare.

Honestly, at this price point, Amiana Cam Ranh is practically the only resort in Nha Trang that bundles both dinner and afternoon tea.

As peak season approaches, prices easily climb to around ~$192,

so booking early with a free cancellation option is the ultimate way to lock in your deal.

6. A Few Minor Drawbacks

If there is just one tiny drawback to Amiana Resort Cam Ranh, it has to be the location.

Since it's in the Cam Ranh area, it takes about 30 to 40 minutes by car to get to downtown Nha Trang.

To check out local restaurants or enjoy some city sightseeing, you can easily call a Grab or use the resort's shuttle bus.

So, here is how I planned my itinerary:

✔️ 2 nights of ultimate staycation at the Cam Ranh resort

✔️ 1 night at a downtown hotel

By fully relaxing at the resort and then heading downtown for food, massages, and the night market,

our overall satisfaction with the Nha Trang trip skyrocketed!

7. Amiana Resort Cam Ranh FAQ

Q. Up to what age can children stay for free?

Amiana Cam Ranh categorizes guests as infants (0–5 years old), children (6–11 years old), and adults (12+ years old).

For bed-sharing (sharing the existing bed), up to 1 or 2 children aged 11 and under can stay and enjoy breakfast for free, with no extra charge.

Starting from the 3rd child, or if you request an extra kids' boat bed or sofa bed, an extra fee per night will apply (approx. $16/night for a child, and approx. $34/night for a boat or sofa bed).

* This may vary depending on the booking platform and season, so be sure to double-check!

Q. What is the policy for kids' beds (extra beds)?

The children's themed rooms come with a signature kids' boat bed as standard,

while the standard rooms have a cozy sofa bed ready to go.

Children can share the bed for free, but if an extra adult is added, an additional fee for the sofa bed will apply.

If you need a baby crib, make sure to add it to your special requests when booking and check availability in advance!

Q. Which rooms are best for a large family of 8?

They offer a great variety of children's themed rooms and pool villas. The 3- to 4-Bedroom Pool Villa Children’s Theme Room (featuring a king bed + twin beds + a double-decker boat bed) or the

Family Suite 2-Bedroom Ocean View is super comfortable.

Kids absolutely fall in love with the double-decker boat bed!

Q. Do they offer early check-in and late check-out?

Yes, they do! For 50% of the room rate for one night, you can request early check-in (from 6:00 AM) or late check-out (until 6:00 PM).

However, note that standard check-in for the 3- and 4-bedroom villas is at 2:30 PM. Availability is subject to on-site room conditions, so it's always safest to contact them in advance after booking.
