Having visited my fair share of resorts in Cam Ranh, Nha Trang, I was on the hunt for something fresh and new.

Honest Review: Amiana Resort Cam Ranh

The dinner buffet at Amiana

is famous for its BBQ concept.

​

The dining hall is massive, featuring

about 7 to 8 different food stations,

so there is never a shortage of options.

​

​

The menu rotates daily.

On our first night, they served crispy pork belly,

and on the second night, an impressive whole roasted pig BBQ!

​

​

The beef BBQ steak

is carved to order right in front of you,

ensuring it's served perfectly hot.

​

​

Beyond Western classics,

they offer a fantastic spread of Japanese and Korean dishes,

​

as well as authentic Vietnamese fare.

Fresh spring rolls, savory Bun Cha, and more are beautifully prepared.

​

One of my favorite details was that the salad station

changed its offerings every single morning and evening.

Over my two-night stay, I constantly got to try new flavors,

which kept the dining experience exciting.

There are also 2 types of Pho available,

and this menu also switches up

between breakfast and dinner :)

​

I think I ended up eating five different variations of Pho! Haha.

A bad bowl of Pho in Vietnam is a tragedy,

but thankfully, Amiana's was absolutely delicious.

The only slight letdown is that,

despite Nha Trang being such a popular family destination,

there isn't a dedicated kids' food corner.

​

However, the staff are incredibly accommodating

and will quickly provide high chairs and child-friendly utensils upon request.

For breakfast at Amiana,

I highly recommend heading down early

to grab a table on the outdoor terrace..^^

The morning spread features lighter Vietnamese fare

like crispy Banh Xeo and Banh Mi compared to dinner.

​

And since you're in Vietnam, coffee is a must!

You absolutely have to try the traditional Vietnamese iced coffee

whipped up by the staff.

They serve it with a delightful, slushie-like texture^^

Personally,

the DIY Banh Mi station

was the absolute highlight of my mornings.

​

​

If you opt for their afternoon tea,

treat it like a light midday snack.

​

Their ice cream selection is fantastic.

It hits the spot perfectly

after a long swim in the pool!

Because Cam Ranh is located right near the airport,

it doesn't have the bustling restaurant scene you'll find downtown.

Your options are usually ordering delivery

or taking a 40-minute drive into the city.

​
