Our large family of 13
visited Nha Trang's newest accommodation,
Amiyana Cam Ranh Resort.
Based on 6 rooms for 2 nights,
we enjoyed it for approximately ~$110 per person.
For this price and quality,
I think it's an all-time great value!
I'll share the pros and cons we experienced firsthand,
and essential tips for using the mud spa
that you absolutely need to know before booking.
Let's dive in.
Our large family of 13
stayed for 2 nights,
using 6 rooms.
We completed our booking 3-4 months before our trip,
in October 2025.
The total cost was ~$1,452.
Even though this price included breakfast and dinner,
it was approximately ~$117 per night,
and about ~$110 per person,
making it a very affordable booking.

As a new resort opened in May 2025,
the lobby was absolutely spectacular!
But the real impression came from
the meticulous details found throughout the rooms.
It wasn't just good because it was new;
there were many elements that showed consideration for the guests.
Deluxe King Garden View Room
The room we stayed in
was a Deluxe King Garden View room.
The room was spacious,
and the king-sized bed
was more than enough for a couple.
As it was a low-floor garden view,
green plants were visible outside the window,
creating a naturally healing scenery.
Even among low-floor garden view rooms,
the view varies slightly
depending on the location.
Another room our family stayed in
had a direct view of the swimming pool,
making the view even prettier!
The bathroom was also incredibly beautiful.
There was a terrazzo-style bathtub
that seamlessly connected to the wall,
and that alone made it quite stylish.
Inside the room, there were a sofa and a table,
and welcome fruits were also provided.
Additionally, a Vietnamese traditional conical hat (nón)
and a portable rattan bag were provided,
allowing us to achieve both style and practicality
when heading out for a swim.
When my husband and I booked this resort,
there were so many reviews saying that
'the buffet at Amiyana Cam Ranh Resort isn't that great~'
Naturally, I was quite worried
that the meals here might not suit
my family's tastes.
But guess what? After trying it ourselves,
it was a total hit! Hit! Hit!
With not only traditional Vietnamese dishes,
but also Korean, Chinese, and Western cuisine,
it was easy for all 13 members of our large family
to find food that suited their individual tastes.
Of course, there were also some dishes
that didn't quite hit the mark for us.
For my husband and me,
that dish was the pho.
I actually enjoy cilantro, but the pho at Amiyana Cam Ranh was a bit... hmm.
If you're accustomed to Korean-style pho
or sensitive to certain spices,
this might be something to keep in mind!
Beyond breakfast and dinner,
they also offer an afternoon tea buffet
for one hour, from 3 PM to 4 PM.
It's completely free for everyone,
and it was fantastic for a quick snack during our water activities.
What's more, you can even enjoy it after checking out!
Our family actually used the afternoon tea buffet
as our lunch on the last day.
The biggest advantage of Amiyana Cam Ranh is
that you can still use all the facilities
even after checking out.
The gym, located right next to the swimming pool,
is equipped with the latest True brand machines.
It even syncs with smartwatches,
linking data like heart rate and speed,
which made working out truly enjoyable!
Beyond the cardio equipment,
there are also strength training machines, dumbbells, and more.
The wide variety of equipment available
made it a truly excellent place to get a workout in.
Just one floor below the gym,
you'll find the entertainment center and kids' club.
The entertainment center
features a variety of facilities like billiards, table tennis, basketball arcade games, and foosball.
My family and I spent a lot of time here
having family competitions.
It was perfect for us all to play together in the evening!
And of course, we can't forget
the resort's crown jewel: the swimming pool.
The Amiana Cam Ranh pool was so massive
that we couldn't even explore the entire area
during our water play sessions!
It even has a kids' pool,
and a heated pool for when you start to feel chilly
after swimming,
which our whole family loved.
Near the pool,
there's a poolside bar and restaurant,
and you can rent tubes, water play equipment, paddleboards, and more
for a fee.
If you get tired of eating the buffet every day,
try exchanging one dinner voucher at the 1st floor desk
for a mud spa ticket.
We used it on our last day, and our skin felt incredibly soft afterwards.
This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy Nha Trang's signature mud spa
conveniently within the resort, so I highly recommend it!
Having stayed for 2 nights and 3 days myself,
I can confidently say that Amiana Cam Ranh Resort Nha Trang
is exactly what it claims to be: a great value, new, all-inclusive accommodation.

✅ Clean facilities, as expected from a newly built resort
✅ Diverse amenities that even large families will love
✅ Convenience of being able to use facilities even after check-out
All in all, I felt it was definitely a competitive option
among Nha Trang accommodations.
