Spending healthy, quality time with family is what truly matters, so we happily moved indoors and saved the beach sunset session for our next Sokcho adventure.

Located on the 2nd floor of the Lotte Resort Convention Hall, this studio is incredibly spacious, lined with mirrors, and offers stunning, sweeping views of the East Sea right through the windows.

What I love most is the intimate, small-group setting, which makes the class feel very exclusive and personal🫶🏻 On our last visit, it was just my parents and me. This time, my sister joined us, making it a family of four, alongside one other friendly traveler who booked the class.

The entire experience lasts about an hour, which perfectly integrates a soothing tea ceremony. It's an ideal length—not too taxing, yet deeply restorative.

Practicing yoga while watching the crashing waves on a rainy day in Sokcho is pure magic...🤍 The resonance of the singing bowls made the entire atmosphere absolutely perfect.

Since this class is tailor-made for travelers, the instructor focuses on foundational, accessible poses rather than overly complex movements. Of course, executing even basic poses with proper alignment can still be quite a satisfying challenge!

My mom, sister, and I have some yoga experience, but this was only my dad's second or third time ever. Thanks to the instructor's incredibly clear, encouraging guidance, he kept up perfectly! lol

Flowing through poses while watching the ever-changing ocean is an incredibly moody and beautiful experience. While sunny beach yoga would have been amazing, the cozy, misty vibe of the indoor studio on a rainy day was equally charming.

I highly appreciated how the instructor took the time to personally adjust everyone's posture throughout the class.

It's the perfect way to find peace of mind and release travel fatigue, making Yeoro Yoga an absolute must-add to your Sokcho itinerary!

For those feeling adventurous, there was an opportunity to try a headstand! The instructor safely spotted and assisted anyone wanting to give it a go, ensuring a completely safe environment👍🏻

All premium mats are fully provided, so you can just show up in comfortable clothes without worrying about gear!

Concluding the session with a warm, comforting cup of tea was the perfect final touch🧘🏻‍♀️

With persistent rain limiting outdoor sightseeing, booking this class was the ultimate saving grace for our family trip🫶🏻

Another amazing perk: after class, the instructor takes professional-looking photos of you in your favorite yoga poses! Talk about a pro touch... 🫡 She knew exactly how to capture the perfect angles to make us look incredibly tall! lol

Even though it wasn't on the beach, the indoor backdrop made for stunning photos!

My mom and I got beautiful solo shots, which is exactly why we keep coming back to Yeoro Yoga! (My dad, on the other hand, politely opted out of the photoshoot lol).

She even captured a lovely family photo for us🖤 Whether you are traveling as a couple, with friends, or taking your parents on a trip, it's a wonderful way to create lasting memories in Sokcho.
