I initially thought the bear ice was only for Americanos, but you can also add a mini bear to your lattes! How adorable!

The walls were covered with cafe stamp cards. You get one stamp per visit 🐾.

Collect 10 stamps for a ~$1 discount, or 20 stamps for a ~$3 discount. But here's the fun part: when you first get a stamp card, and then every time you collect 5 stamps, you get a chance to play their lottery! You'll be itching to try your luck! 🍉

Coffee Hanjan also participates in a shared tumbler event with four other cafes in Wanju, promoting environmental consciousness. You'll see posters for climate justice marches and other initiatives, showing the owner's strong interest in social and environmental causes.

They even display photos and descriptions of abandoned dogs available for adoption. What sweethearts!

The male owner runs the cafe solo, and he's truly dedicated.

They even sell rice cultivated by Byeodure using traditional 'Pumasi' cooperative farming. This rice is grown without pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides, employing an eco-friendly 'snail farming' method. It's a fantastic, wholesome product!

As a child-friendly cafe, they even have board games available!

The spacious cafe is divided into two themed areas. There’s even a "terrace-like" space with artificial grass. We chose a seat by the window to enjoy the view!

The owner even brought our coffee directly to our table.

This is definitely a cafe I'd love to visit often when I'm in Wanju! I belatedly signed up for a stamp card and got to play the lottery, winning a 5th place prize: a snack! They were out of the usual snack, so I received a stick pie instead. Score! Hehe.

I even told my friend Yongbam about the place, suggesting he stop by for a stamp whenever he's in the area for seafood stew or pollack roe stew (lol).

Our cafe date was made even more exciting with the adorable Bear-mericano and Bear Latte.

Even after finishing my Americano, the bear ice hadn't completely melted, so I combined it with my latte for a refreshing takeaway and headed out for a stroll at Baeksuk Park.
