Hello everyone! I'm back with a review of Vivaldi Park, Hongcheon,
specifically about Sonocallm.
When I used to think of Vivaldi Park, older rooms came to mind, but
Sonocallm was completely renovated in 2024, and it's absolutely fantastic now!

For my two-night stay at Vivaldi Park, Hongcheon,
I stayed one night in a Sonocallm B Park View Clean room
and one night in a Sonofelice Village
Royal Deluxe room.
They have totally different concepts, so I felt it was a great decision
to experience both Sonocallm Hotel and Sonofelice Village
rather than staying two nights in the same room!
We started leisurely and arrived in the evening,
so we received our room assignment
and checked in around early evening.
The Sonocallm B Park View Bed/Clean Non-Cooking room we stayed in
was comprised of two bedrooms and one living room.
Being a park view room, the lush green view from the living room terrace
was incredibly healing 💚🌿. You can even spot Ocean World in the distance.
Sonocallm Hongcheon has been renovated into rooms with a unique
boutique hotel concept, and every single space truly comes alive with exquisite details, haha!
Although cooking isn't possible in these rooms,
they are fully equipped with a coffee pot, coffee cups, tea bags, hand-drip coffee, wine glasses,
a mini-fridge, and more, so we felt no inconvenience at all.
We had food that needed to be frozen because we were moving to a cooking-friendly room the next day,
and it was incredibly convenient that the mini-fridge also had a freezer function!
The room also provides two bottles of mineral water and one bottle of sparkling water as a basic amenity.
The main master bedroom is conveniently located right next to the living room!
Opening the door reveals a double bed for two,
and I was really impressed with how new and comfortable the bed and mattress were.
One of the great things about the Sonocallm B Park View room
at Vivaldi Park, Hongcheon, is that it has two bathrooms!!
There's one in the master bedroom and one in the living room.
Please note that the master bathroom only has a sink and bidet,
while the living room bathroom includes a shower stall.

In the smallest sub-room, along with a single bed,
there was a music box room where music played when you opened the door!!
Isn't that incredibly unique?
After checking in, it was quite late,
so we headed to the Good&Goods Mart located in the basement
and grabbed some dinner!
The Good&Goods Mart, located in the basement of Vivaldi Park Mall,
even has a wine & whiskey corner,
and at the ready-to-eat section, they sell a variety of foods like fried items, jeon (savory pancakes), sotteok-sotteok (sausage and rice cake skewers), slushes, and more, haha!
From the Grill Steak butcher corner,
we heard that if you buy meat, they'll even grill it for you on the spot,
so we decided to get some takeout, and it was truly an excellent choice!!
Honestly, we considered going to a famous Hongcheon Hanwoo (Korean beef) restaurant nearby,
but since many of them aren't the best value for money,
we realized we made the absolute right decision by eating in!

Along with the meat, we brought back instant rice, cup noodles, shredded green onions,
and enjoyed them with beer & wine.
Since it's possible to watch OTT content using your personal Netflix account,
we wrapped up our day watching 'I Am Solo'!
Oh, and just a heads-up: since cooking isn't allowed in the rooms,
we made sure to bring disposable cutlery, plates, and other essentials from home.
The beer and makgeolli we bought from Good&Goods Mart
were so delicious, I highly recommend them! 👍👍
Hongcheon Vivaldi Park Sono Calm Resort
seems like a perfect choice even if you just plan a 'hocance' (hotel vacation)!
I highly recommend it for couples and families! 👍
