the very first thing I looked into was the tickets.

There were way more options than I expected,

and with the Flash Pass thrown into the mix,

I was pretty confused at first about what to buy.

So, I’ve put together a quick guide of everything you need to know before you buy!

1. Six Flags Ticket Types

They are broadly divided into three main categories.

Date-Specific Park Ticket (One-Day Ticket)

You select and book your specific visit date in advance.

While it's the most budget-friendly option, changing dates is difficult, and it's non-refundable.

Good Any Day Ticket

This is a flexible ticket where you don't have to choose a date in advance.

It can be used on any operating day through 2026, and the price is $70.

Bundle Tickets

These package an admission ticket + Flash Pass,

or an admission ticket + dining & drink passes

together in one bundle.

They are often cheaper than buying them separately.

2. Six Flags Ticket Price Comparison

To jump straight to the conclusion...

If your travel dates are set,

getting a date-specific ticket from Yanolja or the official site,

and adding a Drink Pass if you're visiting in the summer,

will give you the absolute best value!

The prices listed on the official website exclude tax (approx. 10.25%).

Since taxes apply even when paying with an international card,

so your final payment will be higher than the listed price.

On the other hand, Korean booking platforms display tax-inclusive prices,

making the official site look cheaper at first glance.

Here is a comparison of the final prices, tax included.

Although prices might vary slightly depending on the daily exchange rate,

3. Official Website vs. Travel Booking Platforms

Even if the official website looks cheaper at first,

once taxes are added, it might be similar to

or even pricier than using a booking platform with coupons!

It's especially a great deal if you apply a Yanolja coupon.

4. Flash Pass Types and Prices

This is the ultimate pass to skip the lines!

Twisted Colossus, West Coast Racers,

Wonder Woman, Full Throttle, Tatsu, and more—

it's accepted on over 15 of the most popular rides.

Quantities are limited,

so they can sell out quickly during peak seasons.

Booking in advance is the safest option, and buying online ahead of time

is often much cheaper than buying on-site.

I didn't use one this time,

but if I ever go back,

I am absolutely buying a Flash Pass.

5. Drink Pass & Dining Pass

If you're only visiting once, the All Day plan is plenty!

You'll receive a souvenir bottle to carry around

and refill throughout the day.

The green bottle in the photo is the unlimited refill bottle.

It has a barcode, so you can easily scan it to get a refill.

If needed, you can also purchase it inside the park,

so feel free to decide when you get there!

Dining Pass

Since individual meals in the park are around $15–$20,

the All Day Dining Plan ($35) easily pays for itself after just two meals!

I wasn't planning on staying until late evening,

so I went with the Single Meal Deal and had just one meal!

I ordered a classic cheeseburger!

6. Which ticket combination is right for you?

Personally, I went for the budget-friendly option!

I ended up getting the Drink Pass on-site

since I needed it.

Before Going

Q. Are Six Flags tickets refundable?

Dated tickets are non-refundable.

If your schedule is up in the air,

I highly recommend getting a "Good Any Day Ticket" on the official website

or booking via Klook!

Q. Can I buy Six Flags tickets at the gate?

Yes, you can, but gate prices are $110,

which is much more expensive than online.

I absolutely recommend buying online in advance.

Q. Can I buy Flash Passes on-site?

Yes, but quantities are limited, and they can sell out during peak season.

Buying in advance is definitely your safest bet.

Q. How often can I refill with the Drink Pass?

You can refill once every 15 minutes.

Q. Can we share a Dining Pass?

No, you can't. It's one pass per person, valid for the pass holder only.

Even if tickets on the official website seem cheap at first,
