Even though this was a corporate trip (meaning my company was footing the bill!), this review is 100% my own honest experience. If you are looking for an affordable, chic, and highly convenient base in Bangkok with premium amenities, the Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok, Vignette Collection by IHG, is a stellar choice!

First Impressions of Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok
68 Soi Langsuan, Lumphini, Pathum Wan 10330, Bangkok, Thailand

The location is absolutely unbeatable. It is a quick walk to the Chit Lom BTS Station, less than 0.3 miles from the famous Erawan Shrine, and about 0.7 miles from the lush greenery of Lumphini Park.
Situated on Soi Langsuan—often dubbed the "Beverly Hills" of Bangkok—you are right in the heart of the city's trendiest lifestyle district.

The surrounding area is gorgeous, lined with sparkling five-star hotels and ultra-luxury residential towers.
Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: Before 12:00 PM

Check-in is on the 1st floor starting at 3:00 PM (a standard security deposit is required).
Convenience is key here: there is a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel entrance for quick midnight snacks, and Thailand's very first Starbucks is just a short stroll away.
The Standard King Room
Non-smoking

Step inside and you are greeted by a modern, vibrant aesthetic. The design cleverly blends calming neutral tones with playful pops of color.
What I loved most was how the living, sleeping, working, and bathroom areas felt distinct and separate, making the room feel incredibly spacious.

The bedding was super plush and comfortable—perfect for a great night's sleep.

Every room comes equipped with an air purifier, which kept the indoor air feeling exceptionally fresh. The sofa and table setup was perfect for relaxing, and the Smart TV can be angled toward the bed so you can binge-watch your favorite shows in comfort.

In my room, the bed and work desk were partially divided by a partition wall, though some rooms have a completely open-concept layout. This dedicated workspace is absolutely perfect for digital nomads or business travelers taking online meetings.

The mini-bar and safety deposit box are located in the hallway between the bathroom and the workspace.

They are very generous with water—providing 4 bottles in the room and 2 in the bathroom. Complimentary coffee and tea are also provided (snacks are extra).

The mini-bar prices are actually quite reasonable for a hotel of this caliber, which is great if you are too tired to head out.

(+) One night, I was too lazy to leave the room and ordered Pad Thai via room service. It was surprisingly affordable and incredibly delicious!

You get cozy bathrobes, slippers, and a dedicated luggage storage area. Plus, they provide an iron and ironing board in every room—another reason why this hotel is highly recommended for business travelers.
(Note: Standard rooms do not have in-room washing machines; those are only in the suites. If you prefer doing laundry during your Southeast Asian travels, booking a suite is a great option!)
The Bathroom

The bathroom door is a massive full-length mirror, which is incredibly useful for checking your outfits.

The vanity includes a magnifying mirror, complimentary water, basic toiletries, hand wash, body lotion, fresh towels, and a hairdryer. They even provide Colgate toothpaste!

The bath amenities are by Karl Lagerfeld, adding a touch of designer luxury to your stay. The outlets support 220V plugs.

The walk-in shower has a single shower head with excellent water pressure and consistent hot water.
The Views

Here is the view straight from my window!
Even though I wasn't on an ultra-high floor, it offered a classic, glittering Bangkok city view.

For an even better view, head up to "ANJU," the Korean rooftop bar. The panoramic city views from up there are absolutely spectacular.

The food at ANJU was fantastic. If you ever find yourself craving authentic Korean bites while in Bangkok, you will be thoroughly impressed here!
Hotel Facilities
Sindhorn Midtown Hotel features a fully equipped fitness center and a stunning infinity pool.
Admittedly, I skipped them because I didn't want to run into my coworkers during the workshop...

But here is a gorgeous official photo of the pool to show you what you're missing!
As part of the Vignette Collection by IHG, this is also a fantastic property for IHG loyalists looking to rack up points.
