Location

Its location is simply unbeatable: just a 5-minute walk from Odori Station,

a 4-minute walk from Nishi-Juitchome Station. Even better, the airport bus drop-off is right outside the hotel,

making it absolutely perfect for your first night in town!

The famous Sapporo Snow Festival takes place every February right here in Odori Park.

With the View Hotel situated directly opposite Odori Park and offering

stunning park views from its rooms, it's no surprise it's incredibly popular!

Just keep in mind that during the Snow Festival, prices naturally increase a bit.

And for those late-night snacks or forgotten essentials, there's a Lawson convenience store right next to the hotel – super convenient!

I did a bit of price comparison across several sites,

and Trip.com consistently offered the best rates.

A Standard Twin Room with an Odori Park view typically goes for

around ~$102, but right now, Trip.com is running a fantastic

limited-time offer, bringing the price down to ~$51 to ~$73!

Standard Park View Triple Room

I personally booked a triple room, perfect for three guests,

and it was also on sale, so I managed to snag it for just ~$66!

The 28m² room felt incredibly spacious,

and as you'd expect from a 4-star hotel, the service was absolutely top-notch.

The room features two comfortable single beds, a cozy sofa bed,

and two tables. It's even spacious enough if you need to catch up on some work with your laptop – how convenient is that?!

And let me tell you, the single beds felt so generous, they were practically doubles!

In the hallway, there's a space for clothes and luggage,

and a drying rack and Febreze are also provided.

A wonderfully open and refreshing view +_+

The window could even be opened slightly, so it never felt stuffy.

The view of Odori Park covered in snow is beautiful in itself,

but imagine how stunning the park must be during the Snow Festival...!

You'll find a coffee maker, water glasses, a refrigerator, and

the two bottles of mineral water given at check-in in the lobby.

In the table drawer, there's a bathrobe and a safe.

The bathroom wasn't too small nor too big –

it was just the perfect size.

Toothbrushes, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other

essential amenities are all provided.

The Lounge

On the first floor of the hotel, you'll find a dining area where you can enjoy breakfast

and a communal lounge perfect for refreshments.

Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM,

and the variety is fantastic, with Western and Japanese dishes, soups, and more.

I heard the reviews are incredibly positive because it's so delicious!

We unfortunately didn't have enough time to try either,

but I heard the communal lounge offers expensive snacks like cheese and Royce potato chips,

Java chips, as well as pastries like cheesecake,

and even beverages!

For guests, all snacks in the lounge are completely free!

The lounge is open from 3 PM to 9 PM, a generous amount of time,

so make sure to experience it!

Conveniently located right in front of Odori Park,

the 4-star Sapporo View Hotel offers incredible value!

It's also close to Susukino Street, making it a fantastic choice for any part of your travel itinerary.
