Its location right at the entrance to the Old Town made exploring incredibly convenient.

As soon as you exit the garage, you're greeted with views of Salzburg Cathedral and Hohensalzburg Fortress. Getreidegasse, the famous shopping street, is also just about a 5-minute walk away.

What truly surprised us was the unique entrance and exit experience. As you can see in the photos above, you navigate through a maze-like tunnel that was once a historic mine!

It's been fascinatingly remodeled, now featuring vibrant advertising displays that make the walk surprisingly entertaining.

Another great perk: there are free restrooms inside the garage, perfect for a quick stop before you head out to explore!

A couple of quick tips: always keep your parking ticket handy, and since the garage is quite large and maze-like, it's a good idea to snap a photo of your parking spot to help you remember where you left your car!
