Today, I thought I'd finally get around to writing a review of a domestic travel accommodation!
I currently live in Geoje, a place that's been gaining a lot of buzz lately, even known playfully as 'Geoje Yaho'! :)
Since I live in Geoje, every summer vacation season, friends and acquaintances always reach out, asking for recommendations on the best places to stay!
1. Ramada Suites Geoje Hotel
So, this time, I decided to share my experience at Ramada Suites Geoje Hotel—a truly recommendable ocean-view accommodation in Geoje that's sure to impress almost anyone!
This is definitely one of the Geoje hotels I'd recommend for anyone planning a trip to Geoje or a relaxing hotel getaway!

The absolute best part about Ramada Suites Geoje? Without a doubt, it's the breathtaking ocean view right from your room!
With every single room offering an ocean view, you're guaranteed to wake up to and fall asleep to the stunning Geoje sea, no matter which room you pick – and that's a massive plus in my book!
However, there's one minor drawback:
the hotel's on-site amenities are completely unavailable.
This means you won't find a convenience store, cafe, breakfast service, sauna, or swimming pool—things that many other hotels typically offer.
But here's the silver lining: in exchange for the lack of amenities,
and despite the prestigious Ramada name,
the price point is incredibly attractive – even during the peak summer vacation season –
especially compared to other hotels offering similar 'hotel vacation' experiences!

2. King Premier Room
The room I stayed in was the King Premier Room.
It's super spacious and even has an extra room, making it absolutely perfect for families!
And even if you're traveling as a couple, I highly recommend it for the extra space and comfort!
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed relaxing comfortably in all that generous space.
But truly, the absolute highlight was being able to gaze upon such a stunning Geoje sea view
from our room's terrace anytime we wanted!
Even though I live in Geoje, I don't actually get to see the ocean every single day. So, having that expansive sea view right from our room truly made me feel like I was on a proper getaway!
What's more, even though it's a hotel, our room came with a handy kitchenette, which was incredibly convenient!
Now, it's not set up for full-on cooking with an induction hob or open flames, but...
you do have an electric kettle and some basic tableware. This makes it perfect for neatly enjoying takeout or delivery meals right in the comfort of your hotel room :)
We picked up some food from the market,
and grabbed some beers from a convenience store on the way.
Two bottles of water are provided as a basic amenity,
so keep that in mind. If you need more,
it's probably a good idea to stock up beforehand.
Since the on-site facilities were a bit limited,
we recommend shopping for any food items you might need
in advance.
Personally, even though we couldn't use all the amenities,
we didn't really feel any major inconvenience.
In fact, it was even better because we got to experience the fun of grocery shopping
at the Geoje market together!
We picked up some yukhoe (beef sashimi) and gimbap from the market
and spent a delicious evening
with beer and wine. :)
3. A Prime Location for Exploring
The Ramada Suites Geoje Hotel is located
in Irun-myeon, Geoje,
a spot often considered the gateway to a Geoje adventure.
Its excellent accessibility is a major plus.

If you're planning a trip to Geoje during the summer vacation season,
this hotel is highly recommended because of its fantastic accessibility to must-visit tourist attractions
and is conveniently located!
It's also a perfect place to relax comfortably after sightseeing,
so after a busy day exploring attractions,
it was easy to unwind at the hotel.
The bathroom is spacious and clean,
and even has a bathtub, making the Ramada Suites Geoje Hotel ideal for unwinding
after a day of travel!
4. Wrapping Up Your Adventure
Imagine starting your Geoje adventure mornings by gazing at the serene blue sea,
and then,
ending your evenings peacefully while enjoying the stunning night views!
It sounds like the perfect way to wrap up your trip, doesn't it?
If you're looking for a clean, modern accommodation with a sea view,
Ramada Suites Geoje is definitely a hotel I'd recommend.
