If you're heading to the Yuhang District on the west side of Hangzhou for a business trip, finding the right accommodation is key. While tourists often flock to hotels near West Lake or the city center, my priority for this recent trip in 2026 was proximity to my business engagements.

It's true, this isn't a hotel you'd typically pick for a leisure trip focused on West Lake sightseeing. However, if your itinerary involves meetings or work in the Yuhang District or Future Sci-Tech City, its location is absolutely spot on.

A Hotel Within a Complex: Double-Check the Address When Arriving

One thing to note is that the hotel isn't a standalone building with a prominent facade. Instead, it's nestled within the **Xixi Blue Ocean City complex, specifically in Unit 2 of Building 8.**

This complex is quite large, so if it's your first time visiting, finding the hotel entrance might take a moment.

My tip for taxi rides: instead of just showing the hotel name, provide the driver with the full address, including the building and unit number. It will save you a lot of time and potential confusion.

My Experience in the Business Queen Room

I stayed in a Business Queen Room, and upon entering, I was immediately impressed by how spacious it felt.

There was ample space around the bed, and even with my luggage spread out, the pathways remained clear. I never felt cramped or restricted during my stay, which is a huge plus for business travel.

The bedding was neatly arranged, and the entire room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was also well-maintained, and I had no issues with water pressure or hot water during showers.

However, for anyone with business commitments in the Future Sci-Tech City or Yuhang District, this hotel is a strong contender. Its prime location and comfortable rooms make it an excellent choice.
