At Memilkkot Pil Muryeop Pyeongchang, your makguksu is even delivered by a robot! We ordered one mul makguksu, two bibim makguksu, a buckwheat pancake, and added an extra portion of noodles. The noodle add-on was around ~$3.

Both the mul makguksu and bibim makguksu were incredibly delicious, each in its own unique way!👍🏻 They offered a healthy, clean, and refreshing taste. It's the kind of subtle yet memorable flavor that keeps you coming back for more, even without being overly strong or spicy.

I absolutely loved the broth! It was perfect for a light morning meal. My only regret was that they didn't have a potato pancake. As with most buckwheat noodles, makguksu tends to be light, so you might find yourself feeling hungry again fairly quickly.
