Pampas Grill Basic Info & Location
Pampas Grill is tucked away inside the Farmers Market, and it's quite easy to find.
📍 6333 W 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90036 USA
⏰ Hours: Daily, 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM
🚗 Parking: Use the Farmers Market parking lot
Exterior & Interior
The exterior perfectly captures the Farmers Market's vibrant atmosphere, a lively mix of locals and tourists bustling about. There isn't a dedicated dining area inside Pampas Grill itself; instead, you can find seating freely available in the general food court.

I visited on a Saturday around 6:10 PM and had to wait about 15 minutes before I could place my order.

While waiting, I got to watch the chefs expertly grilling the meats on one side – it really built up the anticipation!
Pampas Grill Menu & Prices
You can check out the menu on the wall while you're in line.
- BBQ MEATS, HOT DISHES & SALADS: $17.65 per pound
- HOT DISHES & SALADS (without BBQ meats): $14.25 per pound

How to Order & My Meal
Pampas Grill's self-serve style is its biggest draw. Here's how it works:
1. Begin at the 'START HERE' sign, where you'll grab a plate or a to-go container and fill it with your desired items.

They offer a fantastic variety of fresh salads, fruits, and vegetables, all kept cool and crisp on ice.

You can also load up on sides like rice and bread to your heart's content.

2. Next, it's time to choose your meats!
There are nine different types of expertly grilled meats available. Just tell the staff what you want, and they'll slice it fresh for you directly onto your plate.
Top Sirloin / Spicy Chicken / Garlic Chicken / Sirloin Cap / Sausage / Lamb Leg / Garlic Beef /
Chicken w Bacon / Tri-Tip

3. Finally, your plate is weighed, and you pay at the register. Easy peasy!

For my meal, I loaded up on rice, mashed potatoes, sirloin, sirloin cap, and lamb. The total came out to $26.82.

My Review
Luckily, I snagged a table right in front of Pampas Grill, so finding a spot was no problem. Since it's a food court setup, there are plenty of tables scattered around, making it easy to grab a seat.

Pampas Grill primarily sells sodas and water, but if you're craving something stronger, you can purchase alcoholic beverages from the neighboring vendors. I grabbed a beer from next door, and it paired perfectly with the meal!

The weather was lovely, with a gentle breeze, making the outdoor dining experience absolutely perfect. The ambiance truly enhanced the meal! 👍🏻

The Sirloin Cap, in particular, was incredibly juicy and flavorful. I highly recommend trying it with the mashed potatoes 😋 – that combination is truly a winner!

Overall Verdict
✔️ Enjoy a wide variety of salads and meats, customized to your liking.
✔️ Offers great value for money, especially considering LA prices.
✔️ Perfectly situated to combine with visits to the Farmers Market and The Grove.
A small note: the meats can be quite savory, so it might be a bit salty for some palates. Also, if you go in with sky-high expectations, you might find it to be a solid, but perhaps not groundbreaking, experience.
However,
if you're looking for a spot that combines great food, a vibrant tourist experience, and excellent value all in one, I highly recommend Pampas Grill as a worthwhile stop on your LA itinerary!
