Mui Ne Eats, Noah Ararat Muine: BBQ Spot Basic Info & Location
📍Noah Ararat Muine, Mui Ne
📍Address | 125 Nguyễn Đình Chiểu, Phường Hàm Tiến, Thành phố Phan Thiết, Bình Thuận 800000 |
⏰Opening Hours | Daily 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM |

There is a huge "Texas Smoker" sign right out front,
so I initially thought that was the name of the place, but it's actually called Noah Ararat Muine.
I stumbled upon it while strolling down Bo Ke Street. The vibe was great, and oh my gosh, the smoky aroma of grilling meat was absolutely mouthwatering (is it weird to say the smoke smelled delicious? 😂)!
After looking it up, I found out this place is a BBQ restaurant specializing in:
👉 Armenian-style BBQ
👉 Georgian/Russian Cuisine + Texas-style Smoking
It's a meat lover's paradise focused on hearty, slow-cooked dishes.
While Google Maps lists the opening time as 12:00 PM, their official Instagram says they open at 3:00 PM.
When I visited, it definitely looked like they opened after 3:00 PM.
Hours might change, so it's a good idea to double-check their Instagram before you go!

It's located right on the main strip of Bo Ke Street (Mui Ne’s tourist street) and is quite close to Sindbad Kebab, which is super popular among travelers!

The Vibe and Service |

At the entrance, you'll see the Texas Smoker and an open kitchen preparing the meats,
and they offer both outdoor seating and an air-conditioned indoor dining area.
Since it's a popular spot for dinner and drinks in Mui Ne, there’s also a well-stocked bar showcasing a variety of spirits.

Because it’s still relatively new, my group was the only Korean table when we visited.
Most of the customers were Westerners or Russian tourists, and even the chef grilling the meats in the kitchen was Western.

The local Vietnamese staff spoke excellent English and provided top-notch service.
With Mui Ne being such a popular coastal destination, this place is perfectly tailored for global travelers.

📋 Noah Ararat Muine Menu |

The menu is completely in English.
Some of the items and meat cuts had slightly unfamiliar names, so I ended up using a translator app to double-check.
The food categories are broadly divided into starters, salads, soups, Armenian BBQ & beef steaks, Texas-style smoker, and desserts.

The drink list is also quite extensive.
They've got everything from draft beer, vodka, whiskey, and cocktails to smoothies, milkshakes, and coffee.
Since it mainly targets tourists, the prices are a bit on the higher side compared to local Vietnamese spots.
My Honest Review of the Dishes I Tried |
The Dishes We Ordered

We ordered three dishes in total (in order of the photos):
✅ BREAD Category
Adjarian Khachapuri: 218,000 VND (~$9)
✅ Armenian BBQ Category
Marbled Beef Shashlik: 328,000 VND (~$13)
✅ Texas-Style SMOKER Category
Pork Ribs: 258,000 VND (~$10)
Since this place specializes in Armenian and Texas-style smoker BBQ, we picked one meat dish from each category.
As for that bread topped with cheese and egg yolk—which popped up in almost every single one of the few Google Maps reviews—
we didn't know the name, so we asked the staff. They told us it was the Adjarian Khachapuri, so we added that to our order too!
Our Honest Thoughts on Each Dish

Adjarian Khachapuri
This bread is actually a traditional Georgian dish.
It features a freshly baked, boat-shaped dough loaded with various cheeses, butter, and a raw egg yolk right in the center.
You mix the cheese and egg yolk together first, then tear off pieces of the chewy crust to dip into the rich, cheesy pool.
After just one bite, I completely understood why this "boat bread" was all over Google reviews.
It can get a bit salty once it cools down, so definitely dig in as soon as it comes out fresh and hot!

Pro-tip: Dipping your BBQ meat in the cheese is also incredibly delicious!

Armenian BBQ: Marbled Beef Shashlik
Shashlik is a skewered, charcoal-grilled meat dish, very similar in style to kebabs.
Which explains why it comes served with fresh salsa, raw onions, and warm tortillas.
A few parts with tendon were a tad chewy, but overall the meat was tender, well-seasoned, and delicious.

Texas Style SMOKER: Pork Ribs
These are Texas-style slow-smoked pork ribs.
Honestly, there was no way this could taste bad. Since they're smoked, the meat was incredibly tender and packed with flavor.

And of course, you can't have BBQ without a cold beer!

I'm not sure if it was a grand opening promo or an ongoing thing, but they offered a free draft beer for leaving a Google review, so I jumped on it immediately.
But honestly, the food was so good that I was more than happy to write a glowing review anyway!
Just to be clear: this blog post is 100% NOT sponsored haha!

For three dishes plus draft beers, the total came out to about one million VND (~$40). Just head's up, tax is added separately!
