LEGOLAND Billund Review - Must-Visit Places in Denmark
The world's very first LEGOLAND theme park
is located right here in Billund, Denmark.
Opened in 1968, LEGOLAND Billund
is so much more than just a regular "amusement park."

LEGOLAND is just as exciting for adults as it is for kids
From thrilling rides that adults can genuinely enjoy,
to creative hands-on build zones,
and above all, breathtaking miniature cities built entirely from LEGO bricks!!
It's a complete, immersive world of entertainment.

And of course, goes without saying—the kids will be on cloud nine all day long.
Generally, LEGOLAND is open
from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
It closes earlier than you might expect!
That's why arriving early for "open run" is absolutely essential!

LEGOLAND Billund Review - Must-Visit Places in Denmark
While the rides are fantastic,
what personally blew me away were the incredible
LEGO sculptures scattered throughout the park.
Every witty little design had me grinning from ear to ear.

Especially in 'Miniland'—the iconic crown jewel of
LEGOLAND Billund—famous landmarks from Denmark and beyond
were recreated entirely out of LEGO bricks.
I was absolutely speechless at the level of detail.
I’ll share more photos of Miniland further down!~

Hotel LEGOLAND, Denmark - MyRealTrip
Actually, I realized this during my trip,
but the LEGOLAND Hotel in Denmark
seems to offer much better value compared to other locations.

Recommended Attractions
LEGOLAND Billund in Denmark
is divided into 6 themed zones,
featuring over 40 exciting attractions.
One ride that was surprisingly fun
was the Jungle Racers.

Anyone over 120 cm can ride alone,
while kids between 100 cm and 120 cm must be accompanied by an adult.
Also, while it's not a ride,
the BORGSHOW
was so entertaining that we actually watched it twice.

This was the timetable when we visited, but make sure to double-check it before you go!
There were also quite a few thrill rides to enjoy,
but I can't quite recall all of their names...

Miniland
Finally, Miniland is an area where
major cities and iconic landmarks from around the world
have been painstakingly recreated in miniature using Lego bricks.
You can't help but marvel at the incredible detail in every single piece.
When you explore Miniland,
make sure to give yourself plenty of time to take it all in!

Miniland is so much more than just an exhibition space;
it's a miniature journey around the world where families can spark their imaginations together.
It lets you see the world through a child's eyes,
while giving parents the beautiful gift of
"marveling at it all together" right by their side.

Take your time and go slow when exploring Miniland—there's so much to discover!

Legoland turned out to be so much more than
just a "theme park for kids."
For adults, it's a nostalgic trip down memory lane,
and for children, it's a playful learning space
that fuels their curiosity about the world.
