Le Du Kaan, the Michelin-starred restaurant in Bangkok, is located on the 56th floor of the Empire building.
Once you enter the building, walk straight in from the entrance area,
and right in the center with escalators on both sides,
you'll find a dedicated entrance leading up
to the luxury restaurants on floors 55 to 58.

Le Du Kaan is on the 56th floor.
The entrance to Le Du Kaan Bangkok is a bit hidden.
A staff member will press the button for you.
The pathway to Le Du Kaan Bangkok
unfolds after passing through a hallway
filled with golden lights and mirrors.
It was incredibly grand and luxurious.
Truly fitting for Thailand, the land of gold and elephants!
Everyone was snapping photos and videos on their way in,
and taking selfies with the golden statues on the way out.

⏫ Bangkok Michelin-starred Le Du Kaan Cocktail Menu

I wanted to try a little bit of everything
from Bangkok's fine dining scene,
but since I was traveling solo,
I ended up ordering three small plates.
Some kind of cauliflower dish,
some fried appetizer,
and some salad...
Each dish was priced at around 300 to 400 Baht.
(Vegetables were 250 Baht, and the lobster dish was well over 3,000 Baht)
And I ordered a cocktail too!
The ice cream looked so pretty, so I asked if I could order it after finishing my meal, and they said of course!
In the end, it was way too much food for one person,
but zero regrets!
🥹
I figured I'd easily clear Le Du Kaan's minimum charge
of 2,000 Baht,
but even though I avoided the super expensive menu items,
my bill still came out to over 3,000 Baht.
That's because a 10% service charge
is added on top of the menu prices! 😉
But hey, totally worth it...
The sweet server at Le Du Kaan even gave me a complimentary cake! 🖤
That ice cream I ordered earlier
looked absolutely stunning, but I was so incredibly full
that I couldn't even properly judge the taste. T_T
But it matched the night view perfectly!

Days, Hours, and Last Order:
Daily, 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM
5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Last Order: 10:00 PM (Lunch 2:00 PM)
.
Le Du Kaan is open daily,
and lunch and dinner services are split.
Make sure to keep an eye on the last order times for each session!
Since I arrived on the later side (around 9:00 PM?),
quite a few menu items were already sold out.
✔️
Personally, if you want to soak in the Bangkok city lights
from Le Du Kaan's rooftop,
I highly recommend visiting on a clear evening
right around sunset or during the golden hour.

I visited as a walk-in on a weekday evening (Monday),
and was able to snag an outdoor rooftop table without any wait.
Even though the outdoor seats have a 2,000 Baht minimum spend,
I honestly believe you shouldn't sit indoors after coming all this way!
Because the Bangkok night view from Le Du Kaan's rooftop is absolutely insane.
They also have a second floor, but compared to that,
the first floor of Le Du Kaan (shown in my photos)
is said to have a much better view.
It's not just an infinity pool,
it's an infinity sky view... 🖤
I was completely blown away by how gorgeous Bangkok is.
The thrilling, pitch-black night sky stretched out right beside me, feeling so close I could almost touch it.

As for Le Du Kaan's dress code,
it's best to avoid leggings or overly casual attire.
In fact, all the Western tourists there were completely dressed up!
- Le Du Kaan Review:
The moment I stepped into Le Du Kaan, I was captivated by the mysterious vibe of the entrance, and the wide-open sky view was absolutely breathtaking.
The thrilling sensation of feeling like you could fall right over the edge
combined with the stunning architecture was nothing short of pure art T_T
The Bangkok night view, stretching out endlessly like an infinity pool, was
It was so beautiful, photos just don't do it justice.
But honestly, the fact that it still looks incredible in photos is the absolute best!
Since I went alone without a reservation, I sat at a table for two,
but next time, I definitely want to book a 4-seater sofa booth!
The view from Le Du Kaan's 4-seater section...
is literally a front-row seat to the sky.
To be honest, the food was a bit...
Hmm (?)
for me,
but the view alone is worth every single penny!
If you're heading to Bangkok, make sure to dress up,
head over here for dinner, and treat yourself to this experience... 🖤
