Among these, the luggage storage (suitcase storage) service was incredibly convenient!
I used a room on the 19th floor of the W building (Wave building).

Room Configuration & Review
I chose the Le Collective Sokcho Beach Partial Ocean room, and
while the room isn't huge, it has absolutely everything you need.
What's truly amazing is that cooking and self-catering are fully possible. You don't even need to bring anything – that was genuinely impressive!
Pots, cooking utensils, glass cups, glass dishes, chopsticks, spoons, and spatulas are all provided,
and there's even a microwave!
It's simply convenience itself.
No more hassle of microwaving ramen at a convenience store and carrying hot ramen back to your room,
because everything is already provided at the accommodation!
Below the kitchen counter, there's a small refrigerator,
and the complimentary water bottles were perfectly chilled,
so it was great to be able to enjoy cold water right from the start.

The bed was spotless... there's also a table and chairs next to it,
and a terrace!
The terrace window could be opened and closed.
There's also a wonderfully large full-length mirror,
perfect for checking your look!

What I really found convenient about Le Collective Sokcho Beach was...
They even have a frying pan!
Plus, all the essentials you'd find in a regular hotel, like a capsule coffee machine and a kettle, are here.
They even have a cutting board!
Inside Le Collective Sokcho Beach Hotel,
you'll find all the cutlery and chopsticks you need,
so there's no need to bring your own disposable items.

The bathroom isn't super spacious,
but it's spotless.
There's a shower booth,
and the towels are folded so cutely, plus there's a hairdryer.
But there was one tiny drawback... right from when I went up to the W building, and even in the room, there was a subtle, persistent scent.
Kind of like a faint, fishy odor, lingering gently.
I tried my best to cover it up by spraying perfume, but it didn't quite work. Everything else was perfect, though...
However, after a day of exploring, when I was completely exhausted and got back to the room, I was too tired for it to bother me at all.
I just drifted off into a deep, sweet sleep.
It seems like it would be a good idea to request a room without that particular smell when making a reservation.

Le Collective Sokcho Beach Hotel
features a predominantly white-toned interior.

The terrace with its view of Sokcho Beach was absolutely wonderful,
and having a table right there on the terrace was a lovely touch.
When I first entered, the AC was blasting so strong it almost hurt my nostrils,
so, as someone who's not a fan of strong AC, I turned it off and opened the terrace window.
Even though it's on Sokcho Beach, it's not in a spot that gets direct sea breeze, so there was no dampness from the ocean air.
It was summer, but even with the terrace window open, it stayed quite cool.
And the best part? Being on the 19th floor meant that even with all the doors open like that,
no bugs came in!
I didn't get a single mosquito bite while sleeping, completely bug-free.

Le Collective Sokcho, even though it's a partial ocean view, like this,
offers a full, refreshing view of the sea from the terrace.

The kitchen was incredibly neat too.
The Le Collective Sokcho Beach I stayed at accommodates two people,
but if you're traveling as a family, you can choose rooms like the Family Two-Room or Family Ocean, which can accommodate up to four.
That would be a great option.
Oh, right! I was planning on swimming in the sea anyway,
so I didn't go to the hotel pool.
You can use it for an additional fee of approximately ~$15.
It would probably be great for families with kids.

It was amazing that such a well-equipped 4-star hotel was priced in the ~$73 range!
During the off-season, it seems prices can drop even lower, to the ~$51 - ~$58 range.

Honestly, for this price, to have everything so well-equipped and in such a great location, it's incredible!
What I loved most about Le Collective Sokcho Beach Hotel was that
even after check-out, you could store your luggage, and it wasn't a matter of staff members retrieving items for you one by one.
Instead, you'd check the password from a link you received at check-in,
and like this,
you could enter the hotel's luggage storage booths using a password,
allowing you to store, retrieve, and re-store your belongings as needed.
Of course, for security, there are name tags and CCTV cameras inside.
It felt so convenient for things like going to the beach for a swim, taking out your swimsuit, or grabbing something else,
and even retrieving something you forgot and putting it back.
This would be so convenient and great for guests traveling to Sokcho with kids or as a family.
